My experience highlighted serious concerns about patient communication and professionalism within the pharmacy. During my visit, I was accused by a pharmacist of only filling my Schedule II prescriptions at this location and was questioned about where I obtain my other medications. I clearly stated that all of my prescriptions are filled at this store. The pharmacist then stated there was "nothing in the system," which I knew was incorrect. When I chose to come inside and speak directly with the pharmacist, accompanied by the store manager, the situation changed noticeably. The pharmacist was suddenly able to view my prescriptions and began asking about my medications. While I answered her questions, I found it troubling that my prescription history appeared unavailable earlier yet became visible once management was involved. Patients deserve accurate information, respectful communication, and professional conduct. Based on this experience, the pharmacy's approach to patient interaction and internal processes needs significant improvement.

She then went back to work so I asked her if I had to go back and stand in the very long line again. She said,"yes." I went home because I needed to use the restroom. When I returned I wasn't greeted and asked "wasn't it already picked up?" Stephanie finally went to go look for it. She had me sign the screen, asked me if I wanted a receipt as she threw the bag at me. I told her I wanted it printed and she froze, apologizing for throwing the bag. Walgreens in this area generally sucks, but this one is on a whole different level…read more They always seem to have staffing issues, the people are almost different each time I go. And they don't seem to care about the job they are doing. I have lost count how many times I've had to wait for someone to check me out. Today I said enough is enough, left the stuff on the counter. My experience with this walgreens has been not been great. The most recent event is the largest…read moremishap ever. Nobody at this Walgreens pharmacy has their "can do " hat on. We have been without medications for almost a month because while my doctor office faxes them... and they fax the doctors office... nobody at this pharmacy followed corporate policy to contact the doctors office after 2 failed attempts to fill a medication. We as patients have NO transparency to this process and are dependent on our customer facing health care advocates to help. This walgreens has no interest in doing that. This walgreens contacted my doctor only after I informed them that I had filed a complaint with corporate Walgreens as well as the FL board of pharmacy. It's amazing how someone found their CAN DO hat this morning. They claim my doctor had an issue but admit it was "their failure" to notice it and they will "have a QA meeting". They say failure instead of mistake. The store manger also stated that my retelling of an experience was inconsistent with their employees' recollection. They get a point for standing up for their employees, but I will continue to pursue this through formal complaints. Oh, and yes I won't be using this pharmacy anymore. I know in the grand scheme of things I don't matter, but when a pharmacy makes a mistake that could affect our health, it is important to be public about it.

Having a sinus infection in July seems like a cruel and sick joke, Pharmacy area was clean and we were able to get in and get out so that I could be feeling better as fast as humanly possible. Having a sinus infection in Legoland was not on my bingo card, but I hope it will be kicked to the curb soon. I was also able to get some nail polish for the nail that decided it wanted to reject the polish. If I was feeling better out of perused the fun beach stuff as they look to be lots of sales and options
