Customer Service- I went through the drive-thru using the app and the experience was exactly as I have come to expect from this location. Seamless, including the employee using my 1st name and a smile! Food- I ordered 10 Pc. Nuggets & Medium Fries with the Walmart+ discount so I paid $5.94. Sweet! Air Fryer- I think these machines were made for folks who bring home fried food! I popped everything in the fryer for two minutes and it was hot & crispy as if it was just made! Appearance- See my picture. They now come in a box instead of a bag. The Nuggets were perfectly cooked with none damaged in any way. Taste- A mild crispiness. The batter stayed on the meat through every bite. They were very juicy and clearly all white meat. I couldn't get over how juicy they were. The 10 Pc. Comes with 2 sauces and, in my opinion, it should come with 3. I enjoyed every bite. Experience- Remember I told you I was a CPBKNT? I made that up, but you probably knew that! Over the years I've visited many other locations and for good or bad I'm a Checkers expert! Arriving- Immediately off US Route 27 South and drive-thru and walk-up only! No inside seating. At this Checkers there is one drive-thru for App users and one for everybody else. In the App user's lane, you receive your order through the passenger window which I find slightly annoying. However, the other benefits of the app make up for it. Ambience- The only thing to discuss is the outside seating. A few sizable tables with big umbrellas to keep off the hot Florida sun. The App- The app is solid and well-designed but most importantly, it has great deals. I almost always get some kind of discount. Customer Service- Unless you live under a rock, you know they are drive-thru and walk-up only. I've found the service to be fast, especially in the App-user lane. I've never had a mistake with my order, so the folks are competent. The employees are not usually super friendly, but they are polite and efficient and I'm good with that! Food- Burgers, Chicken and their famous Seasoned Fries in a myriad of combinations. They also do occasional specials like a Cheesesteak which was not bad! On this visit I had their Big Buford which is their take on a Dbl Qtr with Cheese. I added a Seasoned Fries and no drink as I was bringing it home. They have an employee always standing by to jump in and help if needed, which is much appreciated. The App- Typical and mostly decent. Getting an offer or a reward credited is tricky and needs to be improved. They are generous with their rewards! Customer Service- I generally drive thru and about 90% of the time a make it through without being told to pull over. That other 10% I usually wait 2 or 3 minutes. I've never received a incorrect order. The employees are friendly and pleasant so no problems there. Food- Today was a Double Cheeseburger and Spicy Nuggets and it set me back about $11. It was completely as expected Hot, juicy beef with the toppings I specified. The Nuggets were hot in temperature and spicy hot and crispy. A satisfying lunch!
