I found this to be rude and disrespectful. I walked away I was so mad. However, I then asked someone who was stocking shelves. She was so great to deal with her name was Kayla. She pointed out and helped me look in places it may have been and even checked in the backstock for me. She made my experience better. However, if the guy i first talked to was a manager, I would definitely recommend for him to go through extensive training or be fired because due to that interaction alone, I will not be back. Kayla should definitely be promoted because she is phenomenal!

At least once a month, I stop by at 7:30 AM and grab a premade Italian hoagie, asking the deli staff to add mayonnaise and oil and vinegar. They've always done this without any issues. However, this time, I was told they were not allowed to do that. It was frustrating because I was trying to save time on my way to work, and I had to let them make me a new Italian hoagie on the spot which made me late for work. When I spoke to a gentleman in the produce department about it, he seemed surprised and couldn't understand why they couldn't accommodate my simple request. Today, July 30, my Bride called in an order around 11:30 am to be ready for 5:00 Pm She ordered a pound of unsalted ham and an Italian hoagie without pepperoni. When she picked up the order and checked it in the car, she found they had given her honey ham and included pepperoni on the hoagie. She returned to the deli department, only to be told that they were closed and couldn't fix the mistake. This was particularly frustrating because we needed the order for that evening, not the next day. I'm very disappointed with the recent operation of the deli department. Management needs to take a closer look at what's going on and ensure that customer service standards are maintained.

So let's do the math: 48 hours waiting for a delayed package, then another 48 hours waiting to ask for a refund. That's four days of waiting after Walmart already failed to deliver the order correctly. What does a person have to do to get some wine glasses and plates? The most frustrating part isn't even the delivery mistake. It's spending time with multiple customer service representatives only to end up right back at square one. In an era where companies are investing heavily in AI and customer experience, Walmart needs to do better. If customers have to fight through automated systems and multiple support agents just to get basic help, something is broken.
