I literally was too confused to argue much but said something along the lines of, "that doesn't seem very accepting, even though your sign outside makes you seem, like you want to seem, "very accepting." I wish Louisiana Supreme Garlic Hot Sauce were stocked at all times. It's hit or miss. They weren't there today, so I settled for the Louisiana Supreme Chicken Wing Sauce...not too spicy, but plenty flavorful. There are unique potato chip options as well. It does get busy, and the lines can be frustrating, but the customer service has improved.

Her response "yes, what size futon do you have?" I said it would be for a full. She says that they have it, then proceeds to tell me that it is meant to lay flat and not recommended for a futon. Why would you say you do have them for a futon and then say that they aren't recommended for a futon?! She asked if I needed anything else's and as I was getting ready to ask their store hours, she hung up. Never been there before and definitely not going there now. They don't know where they work or the difference between a futon and a bed.

I love the commute back and forth from work everyday and stopping in to get my usual energy drink, and some Marlboro's... The place is clean, and the people are usually very helpful and friendly... But unfortunately from my last experience there tonight I was very disappointed and probably will never go back... My reason is because I walked in there getting my usual... And was asked for identification for purchase of my cigarettes... I then got out my wallet and showed the clerk my I.D... This was a HUGE ordeal being since my license is out of state, and she then had to pick up the guide to out of state licenses and look mine up... After about 2 minutes looking (and I am not joking...) she finally found my Kentucky license... (she was sifting back and forth through the entire list in ALPHABETICAL ORDER... and just to tell everyone if they didn't know already... Kentucky starts with a K... Not an S, T, U, etc...) and when she asked for payment, I used mine and my girlfriends joint bank account debit card... Unfortunately we don't have the new cards yet and it had her name on it only... The clerk then rolls her eyes at me and says "Um... You're not Nicole"... I then told her "No ma'am, but I have her on the phone with me and a few more of her cards in my wallet.." The clerk then rolls her eyes at me again and says "Well, your gonna have to do debit.." I then proceeded to input the pin number and looked at her name-badge and walked out the door... I have been in retail for 15+ years and I have NEVER seen someone act like this in a place of business.. Especially a "Shift Manager"... Just a word of advice to the clerk, and everyone else working in retail... #1. Act like you WANT to help the customer, not like you HAVE to help... Or as if it is your job... which clearly it is... but that's besides the point... #2. Use proper English... and talk professional... not like you just came out of an inner city ghetto rap music video shoot... I don't know why QD is hiring these kinds of people... especially as management... It would be a red flag to me if someone couldn't even spell out the alphabet A-Z... This mall is more of an outdoor style mall. I saw quite a few people walking around with cute pups…read more Some buildings are a bit away, but not too far of a walk. It was great exercise. It was hot out, but then the ac in the stores were helpful. They have a forever 21, lululemon, banana republic, pottery barn, sephora, gap, game stop, victoria's secret, bath and body works, loft, express, american eagle, dick's sporting goods, pandora, and many more stores. There is few hotels nearby, I stayed at the Hyatt directly behind all the stores. There are super stores nearby - Walmart and Sam's Club. There are quite a lot of food options. I ended up trying out quite a few really good ones. They have Bravo Cucina Italiana - a nice italian restaurant. They have Boston's restaurant nearby if you want a more sports bar vibe. Champps is a great bar as well - they have a few food options with alcohol in it (even dessert). I did not try Capital Prime as I dislike seafood but I heard great things from others. If you are into fast food they have a culver's too. There are many other options that I did not get to try out, but it is worth checking out reviews. Overall, we had a good time walking around. They had music playing one night when we went to Bravo. Everyone had their own lawn chairs too. People were laughing and smiling. Many were seated outdoors to eat and get a view of the fun. It seems like an enjoyable spot
