The first thing that struck me was it was clean and items were attractively stocked. The owners are onsite and are friendly, helpful and engaging. it's obvious this store is run with pride. But that's not even the biggest issue. Where are the grown mature adults? There were about 7-8 young people hanging around, all wearing ingles clothing so I know they were employees: play fighting, talking loudly, even while ringing us up. The "Meat Department" is not an option, so I tried the "Store Operator." Four phone calls. I let it ring and ring and ring. I finally was greeted with a recorded message that said they were busy and to try again later. Which I did. Three more times. I also attempted to connect with the "receiving department" to see if the shipment had indeed arrived. Same thing. No answer. So. I downloaded the app and attempted to start an account. When I put in my email address, it said "Account closed. Refer to the letter we sent." Uhm, I have never had an account with WalMart, not have I ever,received a letter. I went to my inbox, thinking there may have been an email sent, explaining the issue. Nope. Checked junkmail. Nope. I made this attempt to start an account 3 times, in the hopes that it was a glitch. Same answer. So. I can't call them. Can't start an account. What in the hell is wrong with this place?!?! Over it.
