I just don't really understand why they don't take card. And why they have ATMs charging 3- 4 times as much as my local dollar tree for some cash back. But it isn't the end of the world, just something they should fix.

Store owner....I noticed you asked at checkout if your staff was helpful. Chloe was so I pushed the yes button but I do recommend you not pay a "manager" to do nothing and promote Chloe who actually does her job instead.
