This was a major blow and I am asking the people who are advertising those blatant lies about it being a discounted store. Yes, these goods should be discounted, but they are not. The store is selling off brand, old, damaged goods being sold at top dollar.

I couldn't believe how great the price was, and the kitchen was brand new! I called to check and make sure the kitchen was still available, then drove 30 minutes to get it since it was such a great deal. When I arrived, I walked the entire store and checked out all of their products, which includes various kids' toys that are heavily discounted, Christmas trees, furniture, home improvement products, home appliances, and even pocket knives. You'll have to check out the selection for yourself! I ended up buying a couple of great kids' toys for less than $12 each, as well as a set of foam numbered floor mats for my baby since the pricing was so low at $10 per box, when the price online for the same product and brand was around $25. During checkout, John Sells Stuff even has a rewards program for return customers that I signed up for which is awesome. John helped me carry the large box that the play kitchen was in into my car and loaded it in the back. What great customer service from the owner himself! From the moment we walked in, the employees were hovering over us and watching us in a way that felt extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary. We were not being loud, disruptive, or disrespectful, we were simply browsing. As we were about to check out, one of the employees told us we were "free to leave," and verbatim, "we don't need your five bucks." The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely uncalled for. We had every intention of making a purchase, and there was no reason for us to be treated that way. Being watched so closely and then spoken to like that felt incredibly disrespectful. It also raised concerns for me about whether we were being treated differently because of how we looked. No customer should feel singled out or unwelcome when they walk into a store simply trying to buy something. Respect goes both ways. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, regardless of their age or appearance. I hope this is taken seriously so that no one else has to experience the same kind of treatment because it was absolutely disgusting.
