Store used to clean and neat and tidy and all shelves used to be full. Recently, I have noticed that management has been changed and new employee too. Last couples times, store is always massy, shelves are empty, seasonal products are not organized as well. All boxes filled products sitting on the floor which result in less space to move around with cart. Their is alway long waiting at cashier and While waiting I heard other customer complaints about it too. Hopefully, management will realize this soon and take action on it. Still this store is my to go place to buy cheaper for daily need. It's closest to my home and it has framed market next door.

She attempted to make my wrap a second time, this time taking the wrap out early so it was barley toasted and the cheese wasn't melted. I watched as she tried to close the wrap multiple times, getting the avocado and mayo all over the outside. I usually have a good impression of this ShopRite, especially because the store manager, Mr. Bishop, has always been friendly, approachable, and easy to speak with. That is why my recent experience at the food court was so disappointing. I went to the food court and stood at the counter for about 2-3 minutes while the male cashier remained at the register. He eventually asked whether I needed help, and I told him I wanted to order two cheeseburgers. The cashier then went to get another employee from the food area, an older tall white man. When he came over, he did not greet me, ask what I wanted, or look at me. He simply began packaging a cheeseburger. I politely said, "Excuse me, sir." He stopped but still did not look at me. I then said, "Sir?" At that point, he looked up at me in a very unfriendly way. I asked, "I'm sorry, sir, may I get one of those burgers with the two-sides lunch special?" Instead of responding professionally or clarifying the order, he walked away without saying anything, stopped to fiddle with a weight scale, then came back and told me I needed to "say that from the start." That was frustrating because he had never actually asked me for the details of my order. He seemed to be going only by what the cashier told him. The situation got worse when I asked a question about burger toppings. He walked away again and told me I needed to "figure out" what I wanted before coming to order. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable ordering from him. I said, "No thanks, you have a great day," and left the food court without buying the burgers. I then went to the front and spoke with the assistant manager, a curly-haired blonde woman, who was very kind and professional. I had hoped to speak with Mr. Bishop because he has met me before and knows I am friendly and respectful. I would never purposely aggravate or offend an employee. I honestly do not understand why this worker seemed so annoyed from the beginning. I came in for two cheeseburgers, asked a normal question about a lunch special and toppings, and ended up leaving without food because of how uncomfortable the interaction became. The ambiance & experience was very uncomfortable, but I still appreciate the store overall, and management has been positive in my experience, but I was very upset by this visit. Next time, I will refuse service from that particular employee so I can hopefully have a better customer experience.
