I was happy to purchase a beautiful Yellow Forsythia Artificial Wreath for My Front Double Doors and 2 sets of colored Tulips for an artificial floral arrangement at this Ollie's Bargain Outlet. I also purchased Serta Soft Cool and Warm material Bed sheets throughout my browsing and price checking with comparison. Yes, this location maybe disorganized at times or messy areas of towels or other sale items but shoppers can be the reason because every time I shop here for a sale item or check on an ad item, the staff here are working the best they can and hard at times unpacking boxes to stocking shelves. I've been greeted with a Hello at times which is courtesy of them in between their busy work schedule. If busy at check out and a long line begins, another pleasant employee will open up another register. Seasonal merchandise is always plenty especially My last visit in February the store was ready stocked with Easter and Spring items which I posted photos of from the main center areas. I've never had a problem but just in case grab an item from the back or if up front check the date. The "Library" area lol is still great for Readers with Shelves of Books labeled with different signs for the different readers. Currently their Summer Ad is out with Window Air Conditioners, and Portable on Wheels too to get ready for the Heat of Michigan. Those would be good for College dorms or residents without A/C. I also noticed in their New Flyer for the month of May, they are selling a brand of different tools called Hart. How about a front or patio door Coir Mat? Its now at Ollie's in the Outdoor Patio Section. As I was walking…read more around I noticed customers throwing clothes on the floor, on top racks and never putting them back where they got them and parents letting their children run wild in the store and destroying and opening the merchandise. Also seen other patrons walking around with a cart full of merchandise and discarding what they do not want any old place . I am sure the employees work very hard to clean and keep the store as tidy as possible and the store should not be judged by who works there but how rude some customers are.

You never really feel any regret picking up anything here being as everything is a dollar and I think the cards are only fifty cent. I feel like you can't go wrong picking up spices here, but I obviously would never recommend grocery shopping from dollar tree or any dollar store in general. But I'm always able to pick up some last minute things for parties or some cheap baby bottles because lord knows everyone keep having kids. I've found lots of name brands items as well that you'll usually have to go to Target/Walmart to get and I think that they're adding more and more supplies. The staff have always seemed friendly for the most part and I never feel like the store itself is ever too busy at any point and time. Overall a great cheap store!

I love going to the dollar tree to find sensory bin items and I found none today. A lot of the store has $3, $5, $6 + areas. More than I usuallly see. They do have a wide range of items such as beauty, cleaning, storage, pet, food, candy/snacks, drinks, party supplies, ans hygiene items. This is a bigger store than others I have been to. The checkout lines were moving fast today. There was tons of people in line. The staff didn't really interact with anyone as well. So I'd say the service was alright. As my grandmother was looking for cash to pay, My kids [9 and 6] whispered to each other, "isn't she being kinda mean to grandma?" the cashier snapped at them asking if they were talking about her and then went on to apologize claiming she hadn't had her coffee today. I normally go the Dollar Tree in Troy (in the Walmart plaza) but I was on my way to Panera to pick up curbside, and this was the only dollar store in that area. It had kind of an old/funky smell inside. I saw they had cards through the window, so that was encouraging, but their Halloween selection is pretty limited; they maybe had like 10 different card designs to choose from, but 7-8 of those were for little kids (grandkids, children, etc). I ended up buying five for family and friends, and good thing I did because they have a $5 minimum limit for credit cards. The final reason I'm giving them 3 stars: the cashier was not wearing a mask. The man next to him beside the counter was, FWIW. He had a very thin layer of plastic sheeting between me and him, so I'm guessing that's why he thought it was fine ... however, I'm "high risk," so I definitely wiped off my credit card with a wipe when I got back to my car. I wouldn't stop by here again, I will just go to Dollar Tree next time. But they do have a lot of cards (non-Halloween ones) if you need them.

My only complaint is: (1)I feel they're usually understaffed with cashiers because the lines have literally been wrapped to near the walls and they count how many people are in, but there's always a ton. (2) today, a woman was inside without a mask and the doors state a mask is required for entry. She was literally the only one without one (and ironically the one person I was behind in line with), so when I was cashing out, the cashier asked another cashier about why she would be allowed without one and he stated that she and the woman she was with are regulars. So I guess that means it's ok if we all just don't wear a mask?
