I was there enjoying lunch for over 30 min & no one came in to check. 1-elder employee sitting on left side round tales, with his entire legs up on the benches to sit enjoying his phone time. Another one using the entire 4-chair table - eating alone on phone, left -did not pick up after herself - Gentleman in front of her was sucking on a bucket of chicken, throwing bones on the table, clean sucking his fingers as he had no napkins, got up & left his mess. When friend & I were done lunch, we cleaned our area as well as we could, as there is no Wet ones or wet cleaning area to clean up after yourself. Total sitting area was not inviting, so who ever designed your new store area, was not thinking that Shopping was a pleasure, for families, singles or children to eat ,,,especially with all the viruses going around. I am a loyal Publix customer, but will stay on my side of the bridge to eat, shop & enjoy Publix.

She offered to give an help, if needed. The were very cute bathing suits, but not coverage for a small person. A large person could not wear one. They are cute on someone who is not shy. As I walked in, it became overwhelming due to the size of the store and the abundance of merchandise. There is so much merchandise that it becomes difficult to walk around without zig zagging. It was not super busy but there were enough people in there to make it difficult to navigate throughout the store. I found the sweatshirt area immediately but it was frustrating because many of the sweatshirts were hung on the walls. There were racks on the floor that also had sweatshirts but they were not all in the same area. While I was searching for what I wanted, I came across a huge, dead palmetto bug in the middle of the floor. It was then that I started speeding up my exploring and headed towards the register. I did find the sweatshirt I wanted but there were limited sizes and items, maybe a total of 8 sweatshirts of that particular kind. Cost almost $40, which I think is overpriced. This has now happened for the fourth time, and it no longer feels like a coincidence. Since the "boss" moved to the new store on 207, this location on A1A has gone downhill. The store is noticeably less maintained, from basic cleanliness issues to problems like the coffee machine needing cleaning and the milk dispenser often being empty. Overall, it just doesn't feel properly cared for anymore. On top of that, we've repeatedly experienced what feels like ongoing card issues at the pumps. The previous manager used to personally check the pumps for skimmers, and I've seen him do it. That level of oversight seems to be gone now. Whether it's negligence or something else, the situation is disappointing and concerning.
