Overpriced junk and overpriced costume jewelry. Workers are very snobby. You're better off going to Salvation Army. Beware.

Every section has so much variety and fun. I find the things that I need and I find new things that I didn't even know that I wanted. The staff are beautiful souls and the profits are an amazing cause!!! I even found lots of nice dresses for Night to Shine. I love the staff here. I even has a friend that volunteers here sometimes. I can't wait to go back. I always try to grab what catches my eye, because I made the mistake and second guessed myself. I left the treasure behind, thought about it all night, then went back the next day and it was already gone :(

I had read a lot of negative reviews beforehand but decided to give it a chance anyway. Unfortunately, my experience lived up to those reviews. I encountered multiple rude employees. When I asked a male employee for help, he dismissed me by saying, "I'm busy." At the register, an older white female employee who identified herself as a manager was extremely unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it and walked away mid-conversation. She told me that lowering the price would be "taking money away from those who need it," while laughing and chuckling as if this were not a professional work environment. I tried to explain that Goodwill is a nonprofit and that the items are donated to help people in need, but she seemed unwilling or unable to understand that perspective. She refused to adjust the price on donated, used items that were already overpriced. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for someone who genuinely needed affordable household items. I won't be returning, and I hope management takes customer service and professionalism more seriously--especially when serving vulnerable members of the community.

It was my first time going to this new store, but not returning my money because of the girl talking to the other cashier, she rang up items twice, the Manager even said she identifies herself as a male, what in the hell has that do to her mistakes? I will never go there again. Nothing is organized as small, medium, Large or extra large, plus the shoe's are the same way, it takes hours to shop in an unorganized store with stupid rules and managers telling customers about identity like the girl identified as a male, managers should never speak private information about there worker's. Shoes were dirty and expensive, Goodwill was to help poor people, not Rich people. Very disappointed

Staff (the owner & a vendor) were VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. (Be sure to check in to receive 15% off any one item that is not marked "firm.") I purchased mid-century framed art for my home, as well as a stamped, light blue 1960's Santa Anita Ware dish w/ a drip glaze. A friend purchased 1980's framed art as well as gorgeous sterling (925) earrings. Prices were reasonable-- definitely not too high. This appeared to be the case throughout the shoppe even though multiple vendors sell here. A smaller-sized home, it has been converted & wonderfully transformed into a vintage shoppe. Within the six or so rooms, visitors will find vinyl albums; vintage clothing (one full room of it); many jewelry displays for men & woman; dishware & serving pieces; wall art; home decor; lamps; MCM furniture; & much more. Parking spots on busy San Marco Avenue are few & far between, but there is plenty of free parallel parking along the many side streets. (Probably the best parking is directly behind the building.) Best to avoid this area around dinnertime. It took us a great deal of time to leave the crowded area. I suggest visiting @ other times to avoid the heavy traffic. But DO stop in here; it's worth your time! I WILL return the next time I'm in the area.

Didn't really find anything that had a thrift store price. Everything seemed to be at a premium for what it was. If you like that level of curation then it's cool. Not sure how anybody could criticize a voluntary organization that works so hard at rescuing and placing wayward Dogs and does such wonderful things for animals. There is not a day that goes by where I am not grateful to Safe for giving chance a chance at the pursuit of happiness. Thank you SAFE you are doing an outstanding job! We sent her photos and a quick bio - within a day, he was posted on their FB! We returned twice more within the week - taking out sweet Bacon for an adventure and Hero again right before he got adopted! The employees very clearly care so much about their animals and know their personalities very well! Both Hero and Bacon were very clean and very soft (seriously what do they give these pups to make their coats so lovely! Haha) and happy for a day out. The pup yard was clean. This is a wonderful place and I wanted to come to share our experience. We will be back to walk a dog next time in town. Thank you SAFE!

Another thing is they dont give you a bag to carry out your item's. There reason behind it is a bit over the top as in they believe in no bags because of recycling purposes. So be ready to carry all your items out in your arm's. If you are disabled or use a walker or wheelchair good luck they dont offer to carry anything out for you or to your car. It's ridiculous that they dont offer you a bag for your item's. I never buy to much due to this reason.

I am at the campus often and I am so thankful to be able to participate in the different sales days and meet different staff when I shop on different days. I can't even make it up about finding exactly what I need for my projects and many more treasures. I especially love when the books are half off. It's also so fun that I found dresses to donate for Night to Shine! The gowns here were gorgeous!!! The dressing rooms are well-lit and I appreciate that they have a customer restroom. And then, of course, knowing that the hospice teams are benefiting from these sales is something to keep at the forefront of our minds!! Pay it forward!! God bless!(‿)
