She took her time to show us exactly what the problem was with the clock. Unfortunately the clock was cheaply made and the repair couldn't be done. The shop was full of all sorts of clocks, some being repaired others for sale. It's nice to know about a clock repair shop in the area as I own other clocks which also may need repair some day too
