I brought back an off brand air freshener plug in and both the plug in and the 2 scent bottles did not work because they didn't fit. I asked for a store credit because that used to be the policy. Then, they inform me they needed the debit or credit card that was purchased on. Where the problem lies is that one of the scan codes was torn off when it was opened. The new manager ( young black guy) told me he couldn't scan me a refund for that. He didn't even bother to get one from the shelf. So my mom was out that money spent on that freshener refill. Did I forget to mention that he didn't even pull one off the shelf to scan. I got nothing for the gas I used to get the refund. He didn't even say he was sorry or if he did he wasn't sincere. But at least the cashier was sorry. But I was so angry that all I could say and did say was that I wasn't happy and that this was my 1st complaint ever to Dollar Tree.

I used to work at a full line Nordstrom years ago, so I know quality when I see it. That's why I love the Rack because you can always expect good brands at better prices than you'd find at the full line store. I was honestly surprised that there isn't a Nordstrom Rack closer to the city. This one is more on the outskirts, which is fine, but it does make quick trips or exchanges a little less convenient. Yes, you can return items at the full line Nordstrom, but sometimes you just want to browse and see what's new. Parking here was easy, and the store itself was clean and well organized. Coming from Houston and then Florida, I wasn't used to seeing so many coats in stock, so that actually caught my attention. They had a big winter selection, and I ended up leaving with a super cute trench coat, a puffer jacket, and a couple of other cold weather pieces since I know Charlotte winters are going to be colder. The staff was about as friendly as you'd expect at a Nordstrom Rack, but they moved quickly, and the checkout line wasn't long. When the store manager, Kiya McIver, finally showed up with the key, I expressed my dissatisfaction. I told her not to bother and that I would take my business somewhere else. She interrupted me mid-sentence and sarcastically said "thank you." The dismissive and rude attitude, combined with the lack of basic service, was unacceptable. I will never return to this location as long as the current store manager Kiya McIver works there. I do not recommend this location.
