No. I stood and waited and listened to you chatting- if you were so busy then why weren't you working rather than chatting about your weekend plans? Big Lots is also one of the few places around where you can buy reasonably priced USB and HDMI cables. Why buy an overpriced Belkin or "Rocketfish" cable for $39.00 from Worst Buy when you can get a comparable cable here for $12.99 (or less)? Caveat Emptor! There's also a pretty decent selection of RTA furniture here. So I guess you could say I'm a regular here. This store, located in East Rochester's Suburban Plaza, looks to be fairly well run. The staff here has been pretty constant, which is a good sign in today's economy.

The toy section at this TJMAXX was super small but we were able to find what we needed. The lady at the register was WONDERFUL. She engaged in conversation and wasn't just a robot. It was refreshing. I separate people into two different categories... people who dig Aldis and people who've never…read morebeen there. Truth be told, I spend a lot of time at Wegmans & Tops. With the mothership Wegmans within a short drive, who wouldn't? However, I do save a lot of $$ when I include Aldis in my rounds. They've got a great selection of staple goods and periodic deals on other fine food items. I find it funny that friends who NEVER go here have gone GA-GA over the Pittsford Trader Joes. What they don't understand is Trader Joes shares a common corporate parent with Aldis. The stores share a similar approach to merchandising and quality of goods. The difference is the targeted market. Aldis skews its products more towards the price sensitive customer & carries fewer luxury items. That's it. I've already found some analogous products between the stores. The Aldis store in Penfield is the one I frequent the most. Very clean & well stocked. Very friendly & helpful staff. If you haven't shopped Aldis, give it a whirl.
