Today, however, Germaine, my cashier, was gracious, polite, and courteous. Way nicer than any of the other cashiers. She is a gem. And needs to be recognized to a higher position. The motors started it up and when I tried to fly it ended up going straight to the ground so the propellers broke. No issue for me so I just said Ill take it. Before they closed they gave me a day to test everything out to make sure everything worked and even now when they reopend the worker there told me if there is an issue, bring it back and we will give you a refund. Turns out to be that the controller only stayed on with the charger plugged in and didnt charge at all. When I go back the next day to get a refund(as I was told would happen) the owner over the phone told me they cant give a refund and hung up. I tried asking if the worker could contact his boss again so we can work something out but just told him he cant talk he is too busy. I woukd think if a customer for your business is needing help with an issue you would find some time. Honestly not the best experience at all and that issue needs to be fixed if a person finds a problem with an item and if they were told they can bring it back they should stick on their word.
