This DT is tucked in the corner of Hammond Exchange shopping alongside Marshalls, Whole Foods, Petco and several other eateries and shops. Parking is plentiful for as it is shared for the entire complex, however on this end of the lot the lanes are narrow and the spots go all different directions, so be careful. Walking up to the building, you are greeted with a faded Dollar Tree building sign and then when you walk in, it doesn't get much better. The floors have gunk all over them and spots where they appear clean, they are in rough shape. Product wise, this location is very limited and what they do stock, they do not have...as there were just as many empty shelves as there were "full" ones. Additionally, this location has a very limited snack section, so if you are looking for that $1 snack and food haul, this location is not the place for you! Overall, this location needs some help...bad. It is in poor condition, stocked poorly, disorganized and just overall unpleasant to visit.

They apparently bought the inventory of some larger stores that recently went bankrupt and they were overflowing with discount inventory. I stocked up on underwear, Christmas socks, plastic bins for storage, arts and craft supplies for $1 the list went on. You can't take their buggies out of the store, so if you buy a larger item you may want to bring a friend. But have fun!

If you're looking for groceries or clothing, there are limited supplies of canned and boxed foods, and clothing looked like it was extremely limited only to socks. The only things that are refrigerated are individual cold beverages. You won't find anything fresh, like fruits or vegetables. Customers will find a large snack and candy aisle filled with many popular items that are priced a whole lot higher at other stores. For a store that gets picked over throughout the day, everything is kept generally organized. This store is clean. Due to inflation, the minimum prices have gone up to $1.25, which is the price of most of the items in inventory, although I believe some of the items were priced at $3 and $5. There are many name brand items scattered throughout the store, but most of the items sold here are have brands that are not well known, with packaging that are similar to the name brands. Customer service has always been great. The employees at the registers try to get customers through the line as efficiently and quickly as possible. Check out Dollar Tree, if you haven't already. These are pictures of the ones in the back where there is no indication that the increase in price should take affect on that particular flower. The manager Brian was not there so I could not talk to him, but I told them that I would give feedback online and perhaps they would honor the price that they are labeled. I'm waiting to hear from the management. This is especially disappointing because I had given this store, a much higher rating in prior reviews. But I do not believe that changing the price at the cash register is an ethical practice. I'm hoping to get it rectified with the management and the owner . I go to A LOT of dollar trees and the check out experience here is by far the worst. I have even seen no checkers many timews there before and they expect customers to just wait around for someone to come. Other times there are stocking people stocking product right near by but they may not know how to check out. Well yesterday I go in there. I have my hands as full as can be and go to check out. Again nobody checking. Then I realize there is the only checker over at the helium balloon area waiting on some woman that had no idea what she wants as she goes from design to design to yet another balloon design. There is a line of about 8 each with a good load of stuff and here they are fussing over a baloon for the longest time. I just took all my stuff and put it on a display there at checkout and walked out. Forget it! The whole line saw it. I could tell they were all annoyed. They never seem to have enough checkers and they expect customers to all wait everyone someone wants a stupid balloon! They keep jacking up their prices, now there are a lot of $1.50 items -thats new. Plus the $3 and $5 items. You would think why dont they just hire someone or several, but I know its very hard to find anyone. If thats the way it is why does a stupid balloon be allowed to stop the main business? WARNING- If you go in here you might very well find the same going on as its normal there. Just dump your stuff and walk away too! This store is clueless when it comes to customer services.

Every tree went to city of Atlanta has been this one. Things wouldn't even be a dollar anywhere else or a dollar here. Highly highly highly recommend and also the staff was so nice. I don't know what the people in the reviews are talking about. The lady that was working with such a sweetheart show me where something was and everything 10 out of 10.
