This Dollar Tree is well stocked compared to most other Dollar Trees but the service is terrible. Every time I go in there there is a LONG line to check out. I go to A LOT of dollar trees and the check out experience here is by far the worst. I have even seen no checkers many timews there before and they expect customers to just wait around for someone to come. Other times there are stocking people stocking product right near by but they may not know how to check out. Well yesterday I go in there. I have my hands as full as can be and go to check out. Again nobody checking. Then I realize there is the only checker over at the helium balloon area waiting on some woman that had no idea what she wants as she goes from design to design to yet another balloon design. There is a line of about 8 each with a good load of stuff and here they are fussing over a baloon for the longest time. I just took all my stuff and put it on a display there at checkout and walked out. Forget it! The whole line saw it. I could tell they were all annoyed. They never seem to have enough checkers and they expect customers to all wait everyone someone wants a stupid balloon! They keep jacking up their prices, now there are a lot of $1.50 items -thats new. Plus the $3 and $5 items. You would think why dont they just hire someone or several, but I know its very hard to find anyone. If thats the way it is why does a stupid balloon be allowed to stop the main business? WARNING- If you go in here you might very well find the same going on as its normal there. Just dump your stuff and walk away too! this is my first time coming here and the one reason I came here was because one of the reviews said it had the most stock compared to all the other ones. Every tree went to city of Atlanta has been this one. Things wouldn't even be a dollar anywhere else or a dollar here. Highly highly highly recommend and also the staff was so nice. Was in this store last night with my elderly Mother. There's a sign on the door stating masks are required, yet some woman was walking through the store just rummaging through things talking on speaker phone, mask off. I approached the Manager and asked what their policy was and why can't they enforce that masks remain on inside the store. He became angry and immediately lashed out at me and said, "what are you implying by FORCED. That's not the language our company likes to use." I said, "I said enforced. Can't she be asked to put her mask back on?" Again he became rude and said, "and what do you want me to do?" His tone and physical stance was very aggressive. How sad. This store is near my Mom's assisted living. Her one joy is being taken here to buy whatever she picks out (she has dementia). This has been her store for years but I will drive across town before I shop that Dollar Tree ever again. This is one of the most clean and organized used Dollar Trees I've ever been to! Most Dollar Trees have random junk thrown on the floor and products thrown everywhere. This Dollar Tree is the exact opposite. It is very easy to find what you need. The only problem is they only have one register open when they are very crowded. This location decided to do inventory today. This is not the issue. The issue is the sign on the door stated reopen at noon or soon thereafter! At 105p, I asked what time will they reopen, I was told 10 minutes. 15 minutes later....I call the location to ask the time they will open. The lady was a bit short with me and said in 1 minute. I stated what the sign on the door said and asked if she can update because there was quite a crowd waiting outside the door. She stated they will open when the inventory team packs their belongings. A simple, "we will update the sign" goes a long way when talking with customers ! If you are running behind schedule, the very LEAST you can do is update the sign to look lile you actually care and don't want to waste people's time. Telling your customers "10 minutes" or even worse, "in a minute" gives the impression that the employees do not care for the customers. It is rude as fuck......‍ read more

LOCATION: found in the same shopping center as the kroger off of lower roswell rd. it's to the right of the east cobb library and left of edible arrangements. SERVICE/STAFF: staff are friendly and there's usually only 2-3 that are working or present in the store.they're very easy to track down; just look for the ones wearing green tops that say "dollar tree" and the khaki pants! for the most part, I'm greeted when I walk through the door. I've never had to ask them where anything is since everything is easily found..so I am unable to tell how their service is when it comes to asking questions. INTERIOR: this dollar tree is one of the nicest ones I've been to. it's very clean and they offer a huge selection from every category. you can find bathroom clean up liquids, arts & craft, kitchen appliances, toys, cards, fake flowers, food, candy, holiday decor, balloons, etc! the store is very organized within aisles, which makes it very easy to grab what you need and go. read more

I decided to stop by to get a break from traffic on my way home. Despite the traffic, there were more than a couple free parking spots right near the front entrance. I love getting my organization products at dollar tree, but this was my first time at this location. I found EVERYTHING I was looking for. Everything was so well stocked here. Multiples of everything. Usually, things are picked over, with empty spots where things have sold out, but not here. This is my new favorite Dollar Tree! Drawer organizers, veggie scrub brush, cake pans and a bag of marbles for a diy lazy Susan, MORE drawer organizers, a hefty ceramic new bowl for my fur baby, and more. For school projects or any last minute holiday emergencies there is no better place to go! This store is well located on the Parkaire strip mall by the Kroger. The store always look clean and well organized except when you go for any last minute holiday things and they are running out of stuff. It can look a little crazy then. But other than that, they seem to take pride in taking care of the store and for the most part being well stocked. Prices are unbeatable. For one school project we needed 120 stickers, one poster and glitter glue. All that cost a whopping total of 2.85 with tax. Another nice bonus is that they take American Express with NO minimum which many other big stores and even restauranta don't always do. read more
