I walked right back in the store to exchange it for one that worked. The man pointed to a sign on the inside of the door that said "all sales are final." He refused to exchange the faulty item and essentially robbed me of $5.43. The sign is on the inside of the door as you walk out of the store. You see it AFTeR you have already paid for the item. When I pointed it out, He laughed at me and told me I was not allowed to take photos. Be careful buying ANYTHING from this store. I left the charger in the store and I am dispute the purchase.

We saw some cute things when we pea-ked in the window. Many street signs, also cookbooks, dresses, historical photographs, and a wagon wheel. It doesn't have as large of an inventory as many antique stores, with no attempt to appea-se the customer. But what is there has is good quality. Including a picture that now hangs on our wall. When you look out the window and see the Santa Fe caboose in the park across the street, that adds to the ambiance. Also, quiet pea-ano music in the background ("Hey, that's a Michael Card song!") that gives you a sense of peas - er, peace. But actually, the most memorable part of The Green Pea is the prevalence of signs that encourage you to enjoy the store. Usually with awful puns that use the word "pea". Hence, my usage of awful pea puns in this Yelp review. If ya don't like that, buddy, ya want a peas of me???

I have been here several times and each time I fall in love with something new. This is one of the biggest shops in the wider Bay Area that offers such variety of Mexican/Latin inspired art and decor. They have tiles, Talavera, Najaco Lupita dolls (yay, not Navarro like so many other shops only have), furniture, kitchenware, clay pieces, some clothing, decor made out of tin, and sooo much more. The quality of all their products is wonderful. Service is fantastic. They take good care in wrapping your fragile purchases and answering all of your questions. When I have gone, I spend time walking aisle by aisle both indoor and outdoors. Prices are fairly priced and better here than other places where they want to charge an arm and a leg for the same item. Its quite a drive for many, but its well worth it. Parking is not an issue, they have plenty. Bathrooms are also available. If you plan to make a trip or if you are a regular customer check their social media before going. They are good at announcing special promotions or change in their business hours. They are very mindful of the weather and when its extreme temperatures, they close early. Plus, you can see any new arrivals they have. This is a small business that I love to support and always recommend.

You can tell the owners really care. And the real star? Momo the cat. Sweet, calm, and clearly the unofficial mascot of the place. I was sent here from the vet for my cat's medication…read more When I arrived I was promptly acknowledged and greeted by a gentleman working the register helping another customer. When it was my turn at the counter the pharmacist advised me the vet hadn't called it in yet. I live about 20 mins away and since it was a Friday I offered to come back another day since there was no rush but she assured me when she received the call she would fill the order so as to not inconvenience me by having to go home and return at a later time. When I came back the prescription was ready and I was thanked for my patience and understanding since they were extremely busy. But it was me who needed to give thanks. They are VERY focused on prompt and friendly service and I just really appreciated the small town vibe and the absolutely outstanding customer service. I also love that the inside reminds me of the type of small business pharmacies from my childhood but with modern products and services.
