SAVE YOUR GAS & MONEY! GO ELSEWHERE. Asked to speak to store manager. She had to give me cash back instead of refunding on my original payment method because she doesn't know how to! (Associate standing next to her showing her how) OK! When I asked for corporate phone number, she said go on Google. And you are a manager??? You can't even do a simple return. Everything is either used and returned or someone stole something out of the box and returned it! Bought a box of knives. $39.99 plus tax when I came home. Opened the box--someone took the knives! So makes me wonder do you check or open boxes when people return! Don't label full price when u didn't even open the box. Imagine if this was a gift for someone. You can't check items inside the boxes? Or place a sensor? Constant issues with clothing used and kitchen items. It's disgusting to see stains on clothing! Their clearance items all used! Broken Mirrors why are you selling them? Isn't that safety concern to fall on someone or on a child! Why are you selling dishes broken? Why are you selling water bottles without lids? Soap dispenser that's cracked and missing the top? I mean common! Their artificial flowers all broken, falling apart or still in plastic. Why?! You have a security at front but your stuff is constantly stolen or unwrapped or something used with sensors, tags on the shelves! The store is very dirty and I remember when they first opened..... Staff is unfriendly and cashiers look like they don't like their jobs! 1.Train your staff and managers on duty how to handle customer issues better! 2. This place needs to hire workers that aren't lazy and know how to work the floor and retail. 3.Learn HOW to unbox items when shipment arrives and do some cleaning and move stuff around to make your store more appealing and inviting . Almost all their home stuff is always sitting at the same spot since they opened originally. I have shopped here so long now by heart I know where is what, because they don't move anything around! If you want to consider your store brand new, at least don't make it looking like goodwill. read more

Had a basket full of clothes to try on and then got to the back of the store to the fitting rooms and the fitting rooms were closed how the heck do they expect people to try things on I'm not just going to buy clothes without seeing how pants fit when all pants fit differently. When asked someone I found on the floor they said no it's closed which I have no clue why if they close at midnight and this was 6:30pm I then leave my pants for them to put away since I waisted all my time picking clothes out to then find out I can't even try them on. I then get in the check out line to buy jackets and tops I knew would fit and they had one cashier while 4 people were out on the floor putting clothes away instead of having 2 cashiers to get the line going..... I had enough of that place and left the rest of our things we were going to purchase for them to put away as well since they can't spend the time to unlock their dressing rooms and let people try on clothes like all clothing departments have. read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Cashier was so rude. We were waiting in line, and she told everyone in line that she was only checking out so many customers, and after that, she wouldn't take anyone else because they were closing. Bad attitude and horrible customer service. I don't see this location lasting very long with that service. read more

The first few times I shopped here, I had such a hard time finding an employee to open a fitting room for me. I had to go all the way up to the registers & wait in line just to get some help back there. Today, there was a sign that said, "fitting rooms closed temporarily." If that's the case...please let customers know that as they're walking in. I wasted an hour picking out clothes to try on, just to walk up to that sign. I'm not buying clothes I can't try on first! Horrible first time experience. Went in at 10:50pm with closing time being midnight i understand people want to go home but we had workers come up to us while we were looking around multiple times telling us to leave the store that they were closing and a girl at the front telling her other co workers to turn off the lights of the store and the cash register so other shoppers can leave the store . Pretty much talking smack about the customers will never go again . And wouldn't recommend its sad because its a new store and i was looking forward to shopping here but not anymore. And this is my first ever review on yelp but thats how upset i am to have got treated the way i did. read more
