The only major retail store is the JCPenny and Rue21. It also has a Target connected to it. I mostly ever come here for the Target. Most of the clothin' store workers are women, and they are always nice. A little too flirtatious just to make a sale. Which isn't all that bad because most are gorgeous. But yeah 2/3 out of 5.
