The entire center of the store is undergoing maintenance which was not so frustrating, until I was met with an employee letting me know I was not allowed to be in a section due to construction. Understandable however when I exclaimed it was not blocked off I was met rudely with a negative response basically blaming it on another customer and not taking any accountability for lack of attention in their store. I even explained and apologized understanding the situation and the lady was still rude as hell to me. I just don't understand why there was not tape over the section customers are not allowed in.

The merchandise is numbered then you find the number that corresponds with the price. The clothes rack were color coded. So each color represented a different price. Having never been to this store, I walked in with an open mind. As best as I could tell, there was only one employee on duty, and I was amazed at how on-top-of-things he was. Thankfully, he let me make sure the frames fit the pictures I had before making a purchase. Then he let me use an empty shelf to officially place the pictures in both frames. Went in around 9;40ish and the workers said the stock has still not been unloaded and not sure when it would be. I called to ask if leaving stock on a truck for 2 days was normal and the worker cared less about it and said it would just be unloaded when they got to it and it may not even be today. just wow . Maybe Corporate or the manager needs to rethink their employees and try to get merchandise on floor for them.

The record stores are long gone, the demographic that they pander to has changed, and sadly the population that visits has obviously decreased a lot as well. We were there a few days before Christmas and there was only a handful of people walking around. We stopped in just to visit since we had just finished dinner at the attached restaurant. There is a handful of closed spots, with a few displaying signs that a new one is coming. A lot of the stores we were used to visiting are gone. The place seems, to me, a bit run down. Musty and a bit dusty. I can see where some items were made more modern and updated, but it still feels like it's aged a lot and not gracefully. For malls, it's a smaller one, it doesn't' carry a wide foot print, nor a very long one. The outside gives it a large appearance, but inside it's tiny. Even with its size, it's a decent mall to visit.

I was returning 3 items I bought 2 days ago because they did not fit. I brought the item into the store with the receipt and all tags intact. I was returning the 3 items and purchasing 6 more. The cashier scanned the return items and stated that she could not accept one of the item for exchange, she said the tag was not correct. The tag match my receipt. I was dumbfounded because I never have this problem before. The cashier left the area and return a few minutes later. I again ask her, so, I can not return the item? and she replied "no". I stated, the item doesn't fit me and I have no use for it. She continue to say that her scanner and the item were not the same. but my receipts and the item number on my receipt is the same. I continue to point to the receipt and the tag and show her that they were the same. at this point she finally took it and completed the transaction. This situation I feel was emberrassing.
