The record stores are long gone, the demographic that they pander to has changed, and sadly the population that visits has obviously decreased a lot as well. We were there a few days before Christmas and there was only a handful of people walking around. We stopped in just to visit since we had just finished dinner at the attached restaurant. There is a handful of closed spots, with a few displaying signs that a new one is coming. A lot of the stores we were used to visiting are gone. The place seems, to me, a bit run down. Musty and a bit dusty. I can see where some items were made more modern and updated, but it still feels like it's aged a lot and not gracefully. For malls, it's a smaller one, it doesn't' carry a wide foot print, nor a very long one. The outside gives it a large appearance, but inside it's tiny.
