The entire center of the store is undergoing maintenance which was not so frustrating, until I was met with an employee letting me know I was not allowed to be in a section due to construction. Understandable however when I exclaimed it was not blocked off I was met rudely with a negative response basically blaming it on another customer and not taking any accountability for lack of attention in their store. I even explained and apologized understanding the situation and the lady was still rude as hell to me. I just don't understand why there was not tape over the section customers are not allowed in.

I really appreciated how easy it was to sort through racks and look at all of the items. There are fitting rooms available, which is a bonus, and they are clean - even better! I spent about 2 hours here combing the racks and found a variety of nice pieces. The biggest negative for me is that pricing is on a tag that is stapled to each item. The staples are so annoying to get off and they leave more damage than a hanging tag. The tags are also very difficult to read, as they're handwritten and many were illegible. Pricing seems to be a little all over the place. I thought it was pretty high overall. Items are priced individually. For me, the customer service was lacking. The cashiers were not very friendly and I felt ignored. The check out process took longer than expected because my cashier kept stopping to discuss lunch plans with her colleague. Overall, I left with some good bargains, but given the high prices and poor service, this won't be a regular stop on my rotation.

Also, it was difficult to see the storefront with all the stacked pallets of boxes. They have just about everything insight. Their price system is different. The merchandise is numbered then you find the number that corresponds with the price. The clothes rack were color coded. So each color represented a different price. I wanted to ask a question but the associate didn't speak English. Also, They do not have central ac, so it's cooled by Industrial fans. It actually keeps it cool though. Having never been to this store, I walked in with an open mind. As best as I could tell, there was only one employee on duty, and I was amazed at how on-top-of-things he was. Thankfully, he let me make sure the frames fit the pictures I had before making a purchase. Then he let me use an empty shelf to officially place the pictures in both frames. He refused to assist and told her to reboot her register, saying it would only take two minutes--but it ended up taking much longer while customers continued waiting. I even went to ask him directly for help. He looked at me and continued doing what he was doing without acknowledging the situation. This isn't a one-time issue--every time I come into this store, he avoids helping customers and doesn't engage at all. This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect for both employees and customers. People spend their hard-earned money here and deserve basic customer service. I will be filing a formal complaint and asking corporate to review store footage and speak with staff about what happened. Very disappointed with the management at this location.
