I usually have to spend 30-45 minutes of my lunch break to talk to someone and get an order unstuck from their systems. The people working there are always very kind, and apologetic, but it is not a good customer experience. The technology from mobile app to phone systems just don't work well.

She told me to look around while she went through my items. After some time, she kept a handful and told me they really don't accept Old Navy or Gap unless the tag is on it! Really? Where does it say that on your website? I had a couple almost brand new coats and sweaters she didn't take because they didn't have the tags on them.
