We did find other things to purchase in the store, and had the most amazing cashier name Devin helping us check out. The Kalamazoo store always puts customer service first at least when I have shopped there. But in Grand Rapids, it seems instead of waiting on customers they would rather a woman just stand there and mark things down then serve customers. And management seems to care less that people are frustrated and angry . Is this how a customer service base should be in this day and age? It is no wonder brick and mortar stores will eventually be nonexistent. I would much rather order from a store online then experience this. If I could read it a zero I would and that all falls on management it's not that employees working aren't working their tails off.
