Dollar Tree, nbot to be confused with Idolatry. Others have said bad things about this place, but I actually think it's one of the best Dollar Tree locations. Barbi comes in here and always comes out with a bunch of stuff. The cashier lines can be bad which is the only reason it doesn't get five stars, but it's actually one of her favourites, and you can see from the picture that she thinks it's very awesome and she looks very awesome when she comes here. We've been to every Dollar Tree in town it seems and it's well worth your time. read more

How can anyone have any good ratings for this place. This is the only dollar tree I go too because sadly it's close. The store is a mess all the time. Workers would talk under their breath! There is a one Hispanic girl that works there she is so sweet. but the other two always gossiping. Let me start by saying that this review gets 2* one is for the bad apple & the second is because I really do like coming here for quick xmas supplies. With that being said let me rant on about the bad apple. Walking in I see workers overwhelmed with unloading boxes and stocking new items on the shelf. The store itself was quite a mess but I can imagine with thanksgiving and Black Friday just a few days ago, it must have been hectic . So as I am done with my shopping I don't see any registers open so I stand there waiting until an employee can check me out. One particular employee Zoe, sees me at the corner of her eye and continues unloading boxes. She then rolls her eyes and just points for me to go in line. I was confused which register as she mumbled to me I couldn't understand her. She then got behind the counter threw a bag of candy with anger as if I was bombarding her of what she was doing. I simply asked her if she was having a bad day since she was so rude, she was sweaty, hair all a mess. She was quick with a firm "No" response. I understand some people can be stressed or having a bad day but do NOT take it out on the customers. I my self work in customer service and I treat people how I wish to be treated when I am purchasing something. On the other hand some people like Zoe don't need to work in customer service. A simple "hello I can check you out over here. Thank and have a great day. " I didn't ask for the huffing and puffing. Cheer up and happy holidays. read more

Always messy.. line is always long but aside from all that they have NO common courtesy or customer service. I was there today and saw that a customer was short on their payment.. I decided I would pay for there things. The cashier stated I needed to pay cash or get to the back of the line for her to rering everything back up. Now I need to add that this particular customer was wheelchair bound and at least 70 years old. Like seriously where is ur humanity?! Anyhow I politely asked her to let them leave and I will stay while my hubby go and get the cash. She still gave us a hard time and wouldnt allow the customers to leave. The worst customer service representative l, the employees are unprofessional. I walked in with a list of items that I wanted to donate and brought some coupons to use. Per the policy coupons can be used, however employees spent more times figuring out how to accept coupons and thought it was funny that I used coupons, when they called a manager to assist she was rude and kept contradicting what was acceptable and explained that I used them before and there was no size indicated and she told me to go somewhere and use it. This has to be the absolute worst Dollar Tree I've ever been to. The store is completely filthy. From every shelf being in disarray to the floor being covered in dirt, old fingernail polish and whatever else. There's a horrible stench in the store as well. You can tell that this is how the store always look and smell. I don't see how people shop there. It was definitely my first and last time in this particular one. read more

Absolutely love going here! Come to this location at least 2-4 times a week. They have everything that I need for under a dollar.

The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The inventory is always sufficient. I have not had and problems when I shop here.

I give it two stars because I am happy to have a dollar tree in the new area I just moved to. This store was horrible during the holidays! Dollar tree should employ more people during the holidays because the stores are so unmanageable and the lines always too long for a dollar store! I plan to revisit after the holidays and maybe have a better experience. Today merchandise was all over the floor and you could not walk in the aisle! read more

Why is this store always so messy? I see employees walking around doing nothing at all. Why not sort the inventory or at least assist the only two cashiers working the incredibly long lines? I like that there is a Dollar Tree in the Copperfield location. I mainly come here for gift bags, gift tissues, bathroom cleaners, q tips, and toner pads. They have 4 cashiers and I never seen them open all at once. Mainly just 2 are open and the other 2 are for storage. Doesn't make sense. I also had a bad experience today. I came in only for q tips and the employee was re-stocking them. As I was reaching for one, he SIGH really loudly as if I was messing him up.. I reached for more boxes and he just mumbled like I was bothering him. On the other hand he has earphones on and was jamming. If he doesn't like his jobs he needs to go elsewhere.
