Manager called the cops on us because she though we were doing drugs in our car after buying lunch items there. The officer said that he could see we were doing no such thing and left. I did not know it was the manager that did it until I went in to get a soda and asked to used the restroom. At which point she refused. Im not angry she had the cops check us out, im upset because we were doing nothing wrong, verified by a police officer, and she still wouldnt let me use the restroom and i had to pee really bad. read more

As a whole, I like Dollar Tree. However, this location is AWFUL. This is the most unprofessional business I've encountered, particularly in the evening when they have some of the worker's kids running around being crazy and super loud. The workers are unprofessional and don't acknowledge customers. They had a toddler in the bagging area while I was checking out, and all I could smell was literal crap because the kid needed a diaper change. It was beyond disgusting. read more

I don't stop in to this store very often, as it's definitely out of the way for me. However, if I need something quickly, or I'm on my way to Monroe, it's an easy and quick stop. It's a great place if I'm needing hair ties, household items, or something simple like a gift bag. I've actually put together many gift bags to donate to cancer patients, and this is one of the best places to pick up stuff for those. I also buy these rubber grip things, like to open jars. I crochet a border around it, and I've got a great gift for friends or housewarming parties. It's perfect, cheap, easy to do, and fun. The customer service in this store has always been great. I feel like every Dollar Tree location can be very hit and miss in terms of customer service. Some are just terrible, and some fantastic. It seems like there is no in-between either. It's very black and white, no grey. Which seems a little odd to me, but that's simply my opinion. This one is definitely better than some. The store is always clean and well stocked with inventory. It's never messy or disorganized. Some stores you go in, things are never in the same place twice. That's never the case here, and I love that. So it makes my trips in here quicker and more efficient when I'm running in for one thing. It's easy to get in and get out. Cashiers are quick and efficient as well, while giving great customer service, with a smile. I feel like the line moves quickly, but I'm never rushed. It's simply efficient, and that's huge to me. Getting my stuff and getting out without waiting forever, but not feeling rushed by a cashier who is impatient. The balance of being quick, but friendly at the same time. This takes some skill, and I think most of the cashiers here have that perfect balance. Would I return? Absolutely. Like I said, it's not a place I frequent with any sort of consistency, but I always have a pleasant experience when I do go in here. Bought 5 picture frames. When opening them, they broke to were they were unusable. When brought in for a return, business refused to process the return as it was not in its original packaging anymore (i.e plastic wrap). After some convincing they let us exchange them. Very disappointed with their customer service. When prices are raised and the quality is still the same, can't be upset when customers try to return defective products ‍ read more
