Best grocery outlet in town. Hands down. I love all the random lucky finds, the cleanliness, and organization of the store.

Grocery Outlet is definitely an amazing store for good brands and deals. I would say their return policy stinks; but everything else great!

Parking is a little janky if you're not used to the area, but this grocery store is otherwise a hidden gem! It might be run of the mill for locals; I'm not sure if this is a large chain that's all over the place or if it's less common, but the produce, meat, and cheese departments blew me away. I just want to rave a bit about this particular section of the store - most everything else was similar to what your expect. I've never seen such a large selection of items in a grocery store deli before... it was honestly slightly overwhelming to pick just a few items to try. There are individually wrapped chunks of tons of different types of cheeses, dried meats and prepackaged ones, accoutrements like breadsticks, olives, mini jelly and jam jars, and more. It was amazing. The bakery case was a whole other story... I have the biggest sweet tooth and can't get enough of baked goods, and their displays were absolutely gorgeous. I unfortunately didn't purchase anything from this section, but I can only imagine it's delicious lol. Checking out was easy as it usually is when grocery shopping and the lady that helped me out was friendly, so I really had absolutely nothing to complain about during my extremely brief visit to this super cool store.

I've been here during different times and days and for me, the store is never overly crowded and I am always able to find close parking. The layout and spacing of the aisles is pretty roomy. They have a good selection of everything from produce, plants, frozen/refrigerated, and canned items etc. I can guarantee that if you walked in with a grocery list, you will walk out with more that you planned. I do miss the old Trader Joe's pricing. I get inflation happens, but for me, it's not as fun to go to trader joes and see prices go up to about a dollar for the things I usually get. Now i have to cut down shopping trips to once a week to either every other week or once every 3 weeks.

The Garlic dip/spread (Toum) here is really good, and convenient for when I am too lazy to make it at home! The frozen Chocolate Croissants are terrific, too... as long as you can avoid eating the whole box at one sitting, lol! The small single serving quiches are wonderful... and not overly expensive.

The Chinese food at this Safeway is extraordinary! I just had another 5.99 entree with teriyaki noodles. The produce is good but not as good as MOC. But other than that, it's a Safeway like most other Safeways--with the exception of the parking lot. It's terrible. If you enter from 18th, your inclination is to turn right at the first opportunity once you're in the lot but that's actually going the wrong way. It's so weird to me to find just about any parking lot with diagonal parking any longer since that's less efficient parking, but I guess maybe this lot is too old (a grocery has been here for over 60 years) and thus too small to have better parking. It's just annoying getting in and out, and it's tight to drive around, so it's not my favorite. But they have order pick up and that makes it worth a trip.
