There's typically only one register and most people take huge shopping carts full of groceries to the self checkout. If you expect us to use the self checkout without any mistakes or forgetting we didn't scan an item, then send your customers through cashier classes. We scan and bag our own groceries, why do we not get paid to scan, etc.

That's one thing I miss about this Bi-Mart. The staff throughout the store are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They allow service dogs and service dogs in training. The store is always clean and inviting with a great selection of products. If you want or need it, they've probably got it.

I asked them about it. They said the prescription is for one inhalation up to 6 times a day and said the prescription said it was for 33 days. What? They took the total inhalations (200) and divided it by 6 inhalations a day = 33 days, so 2 copays. What? I called pacific source, they left safeway a message, safetway said they didn't get it. Fix this. I have a copy of the prescription, it clearly says "Duration 30 days". i called pacfic source again, they called safeway, safeway refused to see the light. they refused to cooperate.

I purchased 1/2 flat of fresh strawberries, to serve to dinner guests this evening. As I was cleaning the berries, they looked odd, it appeared that they had some sort of core on the inside of the berry. I was not sure what it was and the berries tasted "off". I thought the core looked like it could be a maggot, but I thought I was wrong, until I looked it up and yes, indeed berries can have maggots on the inside that you can not see from the outside. I called and spoke with the manager, they said to return them with the receipt and they would refund my money. My concern was they did not really apologize and said, we don't spray. I get that and I am happy for that, but, they are responsible for their product quality control. I felt their customer service response was very poor.
