This is one of my favorite dollar trees. Everything is always organized, they keep their shelves stocked, and they always have unique items available. The employees have always been great when I go, and helpful when needed. Almost all things are priced at 1.25, and they have visible signs for items that are more expensive. The 1 line had at less 8 are more waiting to checkout, so I politely asked Larry, The store Manager if they had another cashier, he said yes she is currently helping another customer filling up Ballon's,and he what get with us shortly, I'm just thinking as a manager and a former cashier/manager that I would've gone and opened up another check stand, but I guess customer service doesn't think like the 80s but I won't be back. Checked in last night and Team Member Christian helped make my experience extra positive and memorable! I checked in to grab some cleaning supplies to refresh my Espacio and picked up some fun snacks for my doggie and myself as well ;0) I definitely recommend Dollar Tree's Treat Selection for our Puppy Chulo Bestie Guards, they have Bougie Kabob Sticks and Sweet Potato Twists for only $1.25 per bag! Perfect for Broke Barbies and Kens on a Savvy Budget ;0) Christian rang me up in the front and he was so polite, calming, and pleasant! He has a noticeably responsible and highly focused Professional Poise and knows how to stay on task independently while making Customers feel like a respected priority. Manager Dany , is very rude with zero customer service. I requested help when I needed assistance reaching an item on a high shelf. I'm 5' 2 and could not reach. Manager said she would go grab a step stool and never returned . Later about 15 minutes , I see her at the register as if she completely forgot that I asked for help. I'm in disbelief she is the manger of a whole Dollar Tree store. If she was unable to assist me, I would've appreciated her grab another associate for me to help me with the item and not be completely ignored. read more

Marisol- the friendly response to the question "excuse me, are you open?" Would be "one second please" vs " let me finish " politeness is free. As for this location, all though newer I think it lacks variety. The location off limonite is better stocked. read more

When I walked in, Jessie gave me an amazing greeting with a smile. He had the best customer service out of all the employees I've encountered. I wish they scheduled him for more shifts as sometimes I walk in to see him but instead I see other employees that don't hold up to Jessie's standard. I bought frames that as soon as you unwrapped them they would brake. I went back to return them was greeted by the manager Marisol. While i explain to her what happen she kept rolling her eyes and insinuated that I broke them and just want to return them. Why in the world would i want to waste my time. Poor customer service sad to see that poor behavior came from the manager. I walk away and i guess she assume i didn't speak Spanish and starts talking smack with her employees about me. This dollar tree is the cleanest and most organized I've been to. Staff here is very friendly each time I've gone.

Worst customer service. Would not allow an exchange for an item bought just the other day that they still carry. Demanded that you bring a receipt to do a simple exchange; for a $1.25 item still wrapped?!!! This makes no sense since all other dollar tree stores allow for exchange without a receipt, just no refunds or credit. This store seems to have arbitrary rules not consistent with other stores within their chain. Avoid bad customer service and headaches, don't shop here. Btw, note that they have much more negative reviews than positive at this specific location, corporate and upper management take note! read more

Absolutely worst customer service I've had to date. While checking out, the registers glitched and wouldn't take credit cards. An older female manager came over and flat out told me to get in the next line, they weren't taking cards. No excuse, no apology. I had cash on me, but instead was ignored and went from first in line to 6th at the second register. Then after waiting to be the next in line again after 5 people, a new cashier came to help out with the lines. She could take cards and cash just fine, so why wasn't that an option to begin with? Terrible service for a place that only has three registers to begin with. read more

The embarrassment someone would have to go through to use the bathroom here. I went in and right off the bat no toilet paper yes I need to shit and bad. Well I go to the front and they send a manager to bring toilet paper down and she takes her sweet time. Feeling like whatever I go do my business and there's no hand soap. So you're telling me I have to ask again and none of the employees or shoppers are washing their hands after they do their business. Nasty as fuck. Doesn't help that when I ask for assistance and say thank you all I get is a little shitty grin and slow assistance. I gave them one star because I had to, but worst customer service ever. No one in the store wants to work... claiming they didn't have birthday balloons or any other but Valentine's... I looked by the drawers and it seem they were at least one balloon in each drawer. No wonder they have only two stars ... If I could give it zero stars I would. This dollar tree has a very unprofessional manager Marisol. I will be reporting her to corporate. Came in for a few balloon, had my 7 month old with me. They had one girl filling up balloons, wait led for about half an hour. I had to leave to pick my son up from school. Asked for a refund since I could no longer wait. Marisol came out, very rudely told me that they would refund me this once but that they never give refunds. The way she approached the situation was very rude and unprofessional for someone in her position. She needs to attend some profession development courses to learn how to handle a busy holiday at her store. read more

Definitely don't recommend coming here! I came to exchange some mats and I informed the manager about it and she said that I cannot without the receipt. It's an even exchange! I've gone to other dollar trees without a receipt and they've always exchanged them. It's ridiculous! The mats had the tag attached to them and were in perfect condition. I did not end up using them and they are not a seasonal item. You definitely lost a customer. I won't be returning with that uptight lady who is just a manger. Went in the first week they opened and I usually like to shop at these stores for birthday or office decorations and needed balloons for a birthday and they were out of helium. I also bought some bubbles for my 2 yr old to have fun with but it was all watered down and could not blow any bubbles I had to add soap. Bummer!! read more
