It's SO hard to know which line is open, there's so much waiting because they ring everything up by hand and enter in codes, and while the staff is super helpful and kind, it seems like the setup is sabotaging sales. Please get more cashiers or update your system to something more modern to move the line faster. Bright side, super fun to just walk thru and get your steps in on a hot summer day.

The Filipino lady that was working on the register called the manager. I asked her what's the problem. She said her manager need to approve it. Her manager came over same lady. I have had a problem with several times and said did you buy this like this? I said yes I did when I opened it. The top lid was broken. She stood there, looked the item up and down and said I'm going to go look for another item like this. If it's not broken, would you take it? I said yes I have already been back there looking for the item there were two sets of bowls that were broken also. She came back and said the bowls are broken. The fact that I'm an African American woman and I have to go through this shit all the time with Hobby lobby. The white manager is so prejudice and she knows it.. I told her it's sad that blacks are still going through racism. She looks smirked and laugh. I told the Filipino cashier you were wrong. She pretend she didn't hear me the next time I go in there. I feel like the selection at this Riverside location was better than Rancho Cucamonga location.
