They have a lot of great deals and cheap prices. They had some sale items on the ends of the aisles. There were a few employees I saw on the floor. Two of them asked if I was finding everything okay and If I needed assistance. It is no linger required to wear a mask inside. The employees are wearing them still at this time.

Got home, it worked great but after downloading the manual, found I didn't have the right remote. Went back with the wrong remote and they didn't have one so was told they'd order a new one. I called a little over a week later and they said they had it in. Picked it up, tested, all good. Now I can access all the options it has and what a difference. Bonnie was a great help and everyone I've met there seems to be very friendly, polite, and attentive. So, criss-cross apple sauce everyone STORYTIME I When you're a manufacturer/vendor and you agree to be on Amazon whereas you sell to Amazon and then Amazon sells to its customers, most vendors choose to pay Amazon 2% for handling the returns. This means that the returns do not go back to the manufacturer or the vendor. Please note that in Seller Central, there is also a similar program but some sellers can opt to have returns returned to them. Steelz from what I saw on their shelves seems to be a home for returning goods from various stores and platforms. It also looks like Steelz is the local recipient of left-over stock that Costco and others don't want on their shelves anymore. STORYTIME II Ever since the asterisk in the upper right-hand corner of the price matrix sign at Costco? If you see the asterisk, it means that the item has a number of days before it leaves Costco. That item may or may not sell out. If it doesn't sell out, meaning sealed, factory new items are left over, Steelz will most likely buy them at a discount ( liquidated price agreed upon with Costco and others ) and then Steelz is now the owner of the inventory of sealed and new items as well as any returns that Steelz wants to buy. While I walked through Steelz, I noticed many items from Costco. I couldn't determine whether or not the pricing at Steelz was indeed a deal. In my opinion, a couple of dollars saving wasn't worth it for me but I do see value for customers who are not Costco members. If didn't have a Costco membership but wanted to shop at Costco, then Steelz is potentially a great deal. Steelz also has many Kirkland products in smaller individual sizes like toilet paper and paper towels. We didn't buy anything at Steelz that day but I would be interested in going back and doing some more looking and pricing. There's been some discussion about the return policy or returning products overall. I can't speak on this topic since I have not purchased anything. If I do purchase anything and if I have to return anything, I'll update this review.

We love Ridley's BUT wanted to leave this review for the Kuna Location because I think it's worth…read moremanagement seeing. For the past month, we've been purchasing produce Onions, Broccoli, carrots, etc...and when we get it home and start preparing it we realize it's bad...cut into the onion the center is brown though it appears fine when we bought it...broccoli covered in brown spots up near the crown where you can't spot it until your chopping it up. We cook daily in our house so we're buying fresh FREQUENTLY. It's really frustrating when we have to make another grocery run and go somewhere else for better produce as Ridley's is 5 mins away compared to the other options and we've wasted an unfortunate amount of money thinking it was a one off issue on produce we couldn't use and had to toss. This has become a consistent issue we aren't seeing at other shops. We've also noticed the supplier selling them cilantro is mis-labeling Parsley as Cilantro which is visibly hard to notice, but smell/flavor wise is quite obvious and frustrating. Overall once we realized this was a consistent issue we stopped buying produce at Ridley's which is a real bummer. It's become a situation where we go to Ridley's for everything else BUT fresh produce.
