North Branch just had a new overpass installed and the construction is mostly done. Very accessible if you are traveling in either North or South direction. - Some good deals to be had and for the most part there should be something for everyone albeit a slim selection of stores. - It's never so busy that you can't shop here w/o going crazy. Sure there are occasional busses coming from Canada pouring down for outlet shopping, but NOTHING like the Albertville Outlet Mall. I've never seen it unbearable here, most likely due to the size of the town and it being miles from the Twin Cities. Cons - No real place to eat at the mall itself. There are fast food places on either side of the interstate, but nothing once you've parked @ the mall. - Not the best selection of stores. Honestly, I really only go to the Gap outlet, occasionally the Nike store, and maybe a kitchen place. It's pretty barren. If you're used to the Albertville Outlet Mall, you will be disappointed.

Lee said a new center would be shipped to the Duluth store within the week. We called him back to ask if it could just be delivered to our house since they would be passing our area( Mahtowa) and for us to go to the mall area of Duluth is a 50 mike drive one way. He wouldn't return our calls. We went to the Duluth store to pick up or center unit. Not only did we have to drive a total of 100 miles (50 one way) to get it.... We were charged $10. Not sure why. Ashley Furniture North Branch lost us as a customer today over a $99 delivery fee! We found an…read more"Ashley item" on a national website offering free delivery and setup. The Ashley Store apparently could not compete because "the item was a special order (6-8 weeks for delivery although their competition said the piece would be delivered by thanksgiving). The Ashley store employee then showed us another piece that was again offered at a cheaper price per the competitors website and was also offered with free delivery and setup. The "Ashley Store" then refused to match the competitors offer after telling us "they would match ANY online offer". Anyway, this is their loss, not ours. We have been a very good customer making multiple purchases from this store (including a kitchen set, living room set and a bedroom set) and now I guess we'll just buy from online retailers from now on. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY, Shop online before you make your decisions as there are better deals out there! We're NEVER GOING BACK GOING BACK TO ASHLEY or Furnituremart (note that they are the same company). UPDATE.... Over the years I have found out of date Organ milk (told them, went back later that week still expired told them again and emailed the company, went back and problem fixed). Found Organic expired milk again much later, told the staff and the problem was fixed. Recently found boxes of expired cream cheese, told staff about it, went back later and expired items were pulled and new items stocked.

More selection and specialty items than you are likely to find than the big box stores. The staff is usually friendly and helpful and the prices are good, but not usually clearance priced as some expect from an outlet mall.

Later in the day, I open one of the wall flower scents, put it in the plug and plugged it in. I put the extras in a plastic contain in my hutch for later. The next day, I was walking through my kitchen and saw 2 circles of bare wood on my table. My boyfriend said he saw it earlier and wiped it up and it was sticky. I realized, that's where the wallflower scents were laying. They leaked and completely removed the finish in the 2, two-inch circles! So, warning....do not let leaky wallflowers remain on your wood. I need to re-stain and poly my tabletop!
