A lady was sitting in her car in front of the building. She rolled her window down, informed us that the lights are on, no one is answering the phone and she can't get ahold of anyone and she had been there for an hour. We were there for about 15-20 minutes. I decide to call the police in case there was a little old man or lady in there that ran it and something had happened. I didn't know if the door locked itself due to the "wait for the buzz to open the door" sign. A few minutes later a car pulled up. He unlocked the door and went inside. We shortly followed. I informed him that I called for a welfare check and told him why. When it was our turn he already had a bad attitude. I ignored it. We had been able to get ahold of a call center that they run through prior and they offered us 50 dollars off of our bill for the inconvenience. I let him know and his tone got sharper. My wife told him who she had spoken to. He then started going through his emails. He said there was an email that stated that we were there with our rental to get our storage. My wife told him that we don't have a rental. He then whipped his screen around and said very sharply, "I am just reading what it says here". I said," you're not going to talk to my wife like that". He looks at me and asks in a loud aggressive voice," What did you say?" I respond," You're not going to f***ing talk to my wife that way". He stood up, pointed at the door and said," You can leave or I am calling the police. I don't need your business." We went elsewhere. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you are a woman. I don't know if it's because no one wants to work, but I've noticed lately that a lot of these customer service people think they are irreplaceable.

Whirlpool won't replace it until they have done everything possible to fix it . I went back to the store and the manager wouldn't even come out and talk to me about it. The only repair man that they have has been here so many times I can't count. He's replaced every replaceable part in it. The main board was on back order so wow that wasn't fun. Every few weeks he has to come out and thaw it, so I have to unload and reload it for him to do that Every time. It runs constantly raising my electric bill, cant put a price on all the food lost. As of today the repair man had surgery and can't work, whirlpool is backed up and I'm about to loose more food. The lady on the phone says she'll have the repair man call when he comes back to work and that's all we can do. $2,000.00 and 7 months later it look like buying local isn't worth it after all.

As luck would have it, I decided to finish out some built-in kitchen cabinets with Elfa sliding baskets, sadly without the Elfa sale happening. Since this built-in sideboard has a 17" depth, I am limited in my choices. I was greeted when I entered and I wanted to just walk around and see what was new since my last visit at another store. Another team member followed up and she was very helpful in selecting the rolling baskets we needed to match what we installed over 10 years ago. I don't know why we didn't do them all at the same time, but it was probably cost prohibitive at the time during our kitchen remodel. We made our way up front to the checkout counter to wait in line, but our sales lady was able to scan and tabulate and finalize our purchase right in our cart! Pretty cool! We didn't need any bags so we were on our way in no time! My receipt was emailed to me and we went home and installed the rolling baskets within the hour!
