Good size store with the prices you love. I came in to check out their little holiday section and candy for my little dishes at home. Store was well organized. I didn't find anything that I really "needed" and left empty handed. As for service I couldn't tell you because no one greeted me the entire time I was in the store and i didn't buy anything to let you know my check out experience. read more

Management is very rude. She looks absolutely miserable to be there and has a terrible attitude to her customers. She did not greet me when coming to her register, was bagging my items very harshly and with such attitude. Did not thank me for my business or tell me to have a great day and to come again. There's a long line at the store and they did call for assistance however the person never came to open up another register. The manager saw how many people were waiting and proceeded to talk about life with another employee at a different register. They had people walk out and the manager and another employee didn't care or notice since they were talking about their personal life. What a shame that there are businesses struggling to find worker's but yet this place had available assistance but didn't care to work. Kudos to only sweet young cashier that did her job well under the conditions. If you raised your prices to support hiring staff really consider who you are hiring, mainly a manager if this is her work ethic. I understand it's the dollar store but at least be considerate of your customers time. read more

Ran in to grab some grab some Christmas décor. They were busy and very picked over. However the issue was with my cashier RYCE. He was helping someone very slowly and chatting it up with her while there were very long lines. It seemed like a manger was asking him to hurry it up and he proceeded to continue chatting it up with this lady. He got on the register and then rang me out. He was not counting correctly the multiple items that I had and I was over charged for my products I purchased. I'm not going to waste my gas and go back for $5 bucks but I would like someone from management to talk with him about his over charging and lackadaisical attitude. read more

I've been in many DTs in Arizona and all throughout southern California and this is by far the cleanest and most organized one I've ever been in! I was walking around the store with my mouth open the whole time. There weren't hundreds of boxes blocking the aisles, things weren't jumbled up in the lower bins, the floors were clean and clear and the staff was nice and helpful. With most stores being understaffed, this location pulled through and worked hard to show pride in their store. Good job people! read more

I love coming to this Dollar Tree. I feel like this Dollar Tree is a lot cleaner than other ones I have been to around the valley. It is super clean inside and very organized compared to other stores around the valley. I feel like it is an inviting atmosphere when I come into this store. Love coming to this dollar tree when I need something. Everything is a $1. Some of the birthday cards are 50 cents. They have party stuff, food, books, soaps & etc. They also have stuff/decor for each holiday coming up. I love going for birthday bags/cards & Christmas bags. read more

My kids finally filled their sticker charts and we went to this Dollar Tree store so they could pick out a toy. The moment we got to the isle, an employee came around the corner and GLARED at them. My youngest picked a toy out right away. I told him he could play with it until his brother was done. The same employee came around the corner again and asked my son to stop playing with the toy in a very annoyed tone of voice. When i told him we were purchasing the item he rolled his eyes and walked away. My kids felt like they were in trouble and it completely killed all the excitement my kids were feeling. Yikes. Stopped in here on a Friday night to grab a few things I needed. 5 minutes to find everything and 15 minutes to stand in line and get rung up. That's a little ridiculous. They had 2 lanes open, and then a third one opened up and they didn't bother to take the people who were standing in line the longest. I hate that. I had the worst cashier ever... SO SLOW! read more

This location is very convenient for me as I work nearby however an older blonde lady has been very rude to me and many of my other coworkers on multiple occasions. I understand people have off days but she has been consistently awful. I have never had a bad experience with another associate and Cindy in particular is always lovely. The staff is what really sets this store apart from others. I've come in several times with my son, who has some special needs, and the employees are always very helpful and courteous. Last night, my son lost his prized hotwheel in the store and I knew that by bedtime he would be frantic. I left my number, just in case it was found, but honestly I was not hopeful. I was so surprised to get a call from the manager to report that they had it in the managers office for us. When my husband went to get it, the employees were very understanding and jumped to help. Thank you for helping alleviate a long, painful meltdown for all of us. It may seem like no big deal, but when your child isn't able to communicate his feelings except for "black car", it was a HUUUUGE weight lifted off our shoulders to be able to rescue it for him. read more

I've stopped going to this location. Our family frequents dollar tree for bread products, poster boards, cards/gift bags and decorations mainly...sometimes grocery items but this store's employees need to be retrained. Dollar tree is supposed to accept coupons. No one who works there except the Mgr knows what they doing. Every time I present coupons I started sweating because I know there's going to be an issue and there always is! Time for me to find another location. read more

They don't always have everything I am looking for but the store is well kept. It's neatly tucked away in the corner but easy to access. The store tends to be well stocked with typical items but I like that this one doesn't overstuff themselves with holiday junk. Sometimes they need more cashiers though. read more

I usually avoid "Dollar" stores because they are so junkie. The Dollar Tree on Happy Valley is an exception. Merchandise is neatly placed on shelves and fully stocked, you don't have to maneuver around boxes of merchandise in the aisles. You also will not find products where they don't belong.
