From what I gathered, some are new and some are returned items to Nordstrom. Bought some Rothy's loafers for work for $38, some returned (very lightly used) Brooks Ghost 17 shoes for $52, and some $15 sneaks Nordstrom brand. Kids stuff was 1/2 off and bought some sweaters half off, too. Left spending quite a bit but probably bought 15 items for $173. Would definitely return. I recommend the rolling carts and not the shopping carts. Can be cramped to get down aisles. Maybe a reusable IKEA bag would be a good option, too. Wish they had more skincare and housewares.

It's a 45 min mat pilates class taught by Abby and Melanie. May 30th was their last rooftop class for now until it gets cooler out again. My cousins happened to find the event and 4 of us joined since there was a 2 for 1 deal (about $11 each!). It was my first time taking a mat pilates class and I loved it, minus the burning sun part. If this were in spring or fall, it would be perfect! I parked one below in the shade and as soon as I walked up, I could already hear the music the dj had on and it was just my kinda music. Surrounding the grass area were different vendors including Starbucks, a matcha bar, skin care, tarot, gummies, protein bars, bread and cookies, women's health, massages, IV shots, health coaching and merch. The details of the event didn't say to bring our own mat so two of us forgot to pack one. Luckily, the instructors had a bunch of extras for anyone who forgot. They also provided bands for everyone. Those bands killed us. You'll feel the burn the next day. In fact, my whole body was sore for a few days and I started feeling it already that same night. After the class ended, we browsed the vendors. I purchased some gummies (hair/nails and energy), had a quick tarot reading done, grabbed some freebies and 2purchased matchas. We enjoyed the variety of stores and restaurants, both inside the mall and in the surrounding area, so there are plenty of shopping and dining options to choose from. The mall itself was clean, spacious, and a nice place to escape the summer heat. During our visit, we noticed there was quite a bit of construction taking place. Because of that, some areas of the mall were temporarily inaccessible, and a few elevators and escalators were out of service. While it was a minor inconvenience, it didn't take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a pleasant visit and would return. Once the construction is complete, I'm sure the shopping experience will be even better.

This Target has a large produce area with a deli, bakery and meat counter, which I've never seen at a Target before. The pick up order area is separate from the returns/exchanges area which is convenient. Everything else is pretty similar to other Targets, including a Starbucks! There are alway some really good deals here and they always have fun and new things that I don't see at other places. I checked out the clearance clothes section for a few minutes and found some nicely priced items. The service is always fast and friendly. I would recommend this Target and will probably shop here again.

A lady came out from behind the wall with an empty flatbed dolly. She didn't even acknowledge me. I finally pushed the button and waited. After a couple minutes, my boyfriend pushed the button again. I'm not sure that button does anything, because the gals behind the wall were laughing, giggling and having a grand ole time. A second lady with a two-tier cart partially full walked out and walked right past me. Again, no eye contact, no smile, nothing... Shortly after, a gentleman walked past me heading behind the wall. He asked me if I had been helped. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name tag. When I replied no, he said he would call someone for me. A few seconds behind him, Dakota appeared and was also heading behind the wall. He, too, asked me if I had been helped. I said no. He disappeared for about 10 seconds and came back with the little gizmo to scan my email code. Once he scanned it, he got my bag and I was off on my way within 2 mins of him talking to me. A total of at least 4 women (maybe there were more than 2 behind that wall) didn't acknowledge or try to help me. The two gentleman (Dakota being one of them) were the nicer ones providing good customer service. Someone there needs to promote Dakota so he can reprimand those girls.

The time, care, and attention Arisa gave went far beyond what you would expect from a typical retail experience. She was not focused on simply selling products and moving on to the next customer. What I watched was someone who truly wanted to create an experience and make sure every want, expectation, and concern was heard. What stood out most was that it was not about finding the most products for my wife, but rather the right products. Arisa took the time to understand exactly what my wife was looking for and thoughtfully guided her toward a handful of items that truly fit her needs and style. From a male perspective, as someone who does not buy makeup but absolutely values great customer service, Arisa is exactly what you would hope for from a brand like MAC. I've had managers call me patron themselves on the back for "helping me" when they have done nothing of the sort. However, yesterday I drove from Prescott to Scottsdale to get some Dansko men's clogs. The internet shows they carry them. When I arrived I asked the salesmen and they don't carry men's Dansko's. I politely asked if he knew who might carry them. He responded, "I'm on straight commission and I could get in trouble for suggesting another store!" Really, you can't help a person out, I've shopped Nordstrom's in Ogden and Salt Lake City Utah for years and he just throws me under the bus. I'll never go in there again. Shame on that salesmen and shame on Nordstrom's.
