Great combo TJ Maxx and Homegoods store. I love the extra variety of items all combined in the same store. They have everything you could want from clothes, home decor, bags, and food. The staff were very friendly and checkout was fast and efficient even for a Saturday night. The items are always a great value and much less than other stores. I will definitely be back. read more

They closed 20 mins early before they were actually closed shockingly unprofessional. Shutting down the registers early. Rude staff especially manger. Just wanted to get home and clock out ig. The lines are always insane. I see people just giving up and walking out. They lose on the sales because they don't have enough cashiers. It's not like the lines experts it's always a long line. 4 out of 10 registers are manned!! read more

Tried to go into the store this evening, was excited because I got there 15 mins before close. The manager turned me away. She was super rude and said they were shutting down the registers early. It was 5:45. Others were turned away and were pretty upset. Most stores follow there posted hours I just needed one thing and still they refused and didn't even seem empathetic. Poor leadership. Good enough collections. Small clearance racks. Less crowded but nice location. One of the main to-go stores for apparel and home goods. They have some very classy products and also branded apparel is comparatively cheaper here. Multiple checkout cashier counters too. Few store members take care of the complete shop. That's the only drawback I saw when I visited here with my wife. read more

They have some decent stuff just overpriced compared to the other home goods stores in the same shopping center. My wife was looking for words to put over the kitchen and other places. She wanted to get some overpriced plastic plants, but I wasn't into that. I ended up getting some decent words online and we'll be buying a $40 four foot plastic plant some other time already spent plenty this paycheck. Lol read more

I often come here as my go to TJ Maxx but today really made me question if this TJ Maxx is even worth the drive. They had TWO Reebok fitness bags priced at $13.99, same bag just different color. I picked the black one since that's more my color and continue on with my shopping. The tag did seem suspicious compared to the other tag on the other bag but I went on because I didn't tag the item, the store did. Anyways, fast forward to me checking out and the checkout clerk asked her coordinator to come check it out and he did. He then said he had to do a price check and I stated they had another bag that had the same price but different color which felt like I was talking to a wall because they straight up ignored me. Then they come back and said, "I'm sorry but it's $16.99." Yeah, no. So I told them AGAIN, there is another one with the same price and I can go and get the bag to show you. He said yeah sure. So here I am, walking to the back of the store to get the same bag but different color to provide them with the same price tag. I come up and they see it and say they'll do it just this once. I worked in retail and currently work in marketing, if you fail and put the wrong price on an item it's not on the customer but the store so you honor it. Yes, it's a $3 difference but if you advertise something twice on the same product, it's not a one time thing - it's a store issue that should get resolved on the back end. Needless to say, the way things were handled were not up to part. Sometimes owning it and saying our bad can go a long way. read more

While eating lunch nearby I decided to check and see if Homegoods or anything else like it was nearby. To my pleasant surprise this one was in the same parking lot I was already in. After a quick drive to the back end of the lot I found a spot and went to check it out. The parking lot is crazy busy, but was still able to find a decent spot. I knew I'd find something I loved right when I walked inside. The first thing I saw was a cute holiday display Anne as I looked it over I headed a few aisles down where there were aisles and aisles of more holiday decor. I was in heaven. I picked the few things I knew would be perfect for my home and walked the rest of the store. They had a great rug and furniture section. The dishes were nice and so many more home items. I found myself the cutest pumpkin mug and a few more things. Service was great and the line went so much faster than the location closer to my home. I'll definitely be back. This location has won the top spot by far compared to others. Prices were fair and I think I left with the best value for what I chose. read more

My visit to this particular HomeGoods turned my entire day around. Within a few minutes of picking up some items an employee noticed I didn't have a cart and brought one over to me, I almost think they ran to find me lol. I didn't even ask, they just noticed I picked up more than I could carry. Additionally, the young woman that rang me out was extremely friendly. She complimented the items I picked out and asked me about my plans with my carefully picked out items lol. This was the second homegoods I visited today and the service at this location is amazing, even when shopping around I noticed workers jumping to help customers. I'll miss this location when I have to move. read more

TJ Maxx/HomeGoods is always hit or miss for me. It seems like whenever I go looking for something specific this isn't the place. What I can't understand is why even if they don't have what I am looking for, I still leave with a cart full of things I "needed". Their home decor selection is fantastic and I love being able to collect unique seasonal bits and pieces. I've found outfits for my dog (He likes looking good!) and something always catches my eye in the food selections. This store always feels clean and organized. Best of all, they always seem to have an adequate number of cashiers. The Happy Valley location is my favorite. read more

I felt EXTREMELY profiled!! Me and my boyfriend (we are black AMERICANS ) We are visiting for the the weekend and had plans to go horseback riding so with that being said we walked into this TJ max looking for jeans. As I search for jeans I start to notice I'm being "watched over" by 2 male workers as first I brushed it off thinking I'm over reacting but when I walked away from the women's area to find my boyfriend and head to pay for our things I see those same two workers make their way back to where we were. Lets fast forward we get to the register and we are called to pay, the total was $40 I gave $60(3 $20s) as im pulling out cash a supervisor I would assume come over to the register for absolutely NO reason she tried to find something to do to make it seem as though there was something she needed to do but again there was NOT. I give the money and the cashier then runs it through the machine to check if they are real please keep in mind that their are other customers paying in cash and literally NO ONES money was being ran through the machine just ours. Stopped in the Homegoods side to look for lamps and a side chair. Nothing hit me but on the way out, I spied an outdoor chair. I could not find a price, but Katia pointed out the item was part of a set - two chairs and a table, marked down clearance to $250. She also reminded me that I could save additional markdowns with a HG card, etc. What a bargain! She rang me up, and had Mark bring the items up to the front so I could pick up the next day. Both Katia and Mark were awesome!! I've been a HG shopper for years and never had better customer service as I had with both Katia and Mark. Thanks guys!! read more

Beware!! Called TJ max credit card a few days ago and paid off the small amount owed, verified that the last product bought was successfully returned before the end of the billing cycle and that I owed no other fees related to the purchase. I also verified that the date returned correlated with the one on my amazon account then canceled the card stating I was not happy with the monthly billing fee that they started tacking on. Immediately afterwards I get a call from a totally different department that I owe $70 in late fees for the product that I had just verified was returned in time. Is this poor business practices or did someone at the company get vindictively mad that I canceled the card because of the monthly billing fees. Good luck if you try to get out from TJ Max credit card by doing something as simple as I did by paying off your balance and canceling the card. read more

I sometimes come here always hoping to find something for my self but never find anything I like. Also the price is kind of pricey, I can find better things at Ross and a better price. I always get rewards but never know what to use it on. I did find some vases for some good prices. The set up is almost like ross. This location is a "No Thank You". I was excited to give this a try as I had a bunch of gifts to buy & to have both stores together was a bonus to me. Most sections on the TJ Maxx side were well organized and things where they should be. However the Home Goods side was a hot mess. I did manage to locate a few things I needed from that side when I was approached by an employee wanting to sign me up for a credit card which completely is inappropriate while I'm shopping. THEN she asked if I was finding what I needed. I found a pack of 2 pillows that matched a third I was going to purchase then noticed a long thread on one of the 2 pack coming unraveled. At check out I asked the girl if they had anymore in the back or they gave a discount for this sort of thing. She tried asking her manager after trying to get her attention several times and she finally was able to ask her. The manager never acknowledged my existence, said 'snip it, I'm not giving any discount' and didn't even address "are there more in the back?" part of this. She was out & out rude. Meanwhile I had a larger purchase and was waiting for my very sweet cashier to finish when this manager starts complaining to another employee about something she was clearly irritated by. All of a sudden the customer next to me tells her cashier she feels it's incredibly inappropriate for her manager to be discussing her situation in front of everyone. I don't know if this manager person was just having a bad day or this is how she is (my guess it's a regular thing based on the timidity of her employees), she needs some time away from the store or maybe a career change. All I know is that I won't be back to the Norterra location anytime soon. read more

This place is trouble. I could be in here for hours! I love this location the best by far. It's very clean and organized so makes it easy to shop. In the decor section, both of the end isles are clearance sections and you can get some good things here. Great place to purchase good price clothes, shoes, home decor, kid items, and gifts. I always come here when giving my friends/family gifts because I can get a cute gift basket and fill it with miscellaneous stuff they will enjoy for a good price. The customer service here is excellent as well. They always have a good amount of registers open so you don't have to wait long to check out even during the holidays when it gets busy. They are always restocking and getting new shipments so you can go frequently but still see new items. Great place to shop for good prices! Highly recommend (: read more

This store is the most organized bargain store I have been to! Everything is in its place and not on the floors is what I like to see! It's so nice to also have wonderful floor staff helping you look and offering their recommendation. After my sister and I finished shopping we were looking for the employee who offered her help, kaitia? She help us load our furniture into the car. Another employee Chris also helped us. I always seem to find stuff here whether it's clearance x-mas stuff BEFORE x-mas, clothes, lotions and shampoo, or most recently- some little valentine thingys for my honey bunch. Like somebody already said- it is waaaay cleaner than some TJ's I've been in and it's well organized. I am so impressed by the kindness of the manager today! I don't remember his name I just remember there being a "V" for his last name on his name tag. I was shopping with my two little kids so obviously my hands were full and cut myself on a fixture somehow and was bleeding and that freaked my little one out and he was passing by and I asked if they possibly had a bandaid then realized he was busy and said never mind he said no problem and went and got a bandaids and antibacterial wipes and stayed there until I got cleaned up and even offered to put my band aid and take the trash for me, I told him it was okay and just did it cause of this weird covid world were in but because of that and because he was busy on a retail Saturday he could have just thrown the bandages and left but he was just so kind and to a mom with her hands full it meant a lot! read more

In the world of TJ Maxx's this is a nice one. It's new and it's hidden. If you pull into the massive strip mall go straight to the back. The overall selection is good, and they carry higher end labels due to the location. The only reason I knocked it down from 5 stars to 4 was they were really lacking in their selection of home goods. The checkout line moves quickly because they have this snazzy new technology that alerts you to the next available cashier. Overall the staff was friendly and I had a great shopping experience. read more

I have shopped here so many times since we bought our house. Every single time I find something new to buy. They have a small large furniture collection plus chair, large lamp selection (great deals on lamps), and of course everything else your home needs. Then there's a huge clothes selection that I finally got to on my last visit and bought for the whole family. The prices are incredible (good deals) and the employees are very nice. Anything I see in a regular retail store or online I double check at this store for a better deal which I have gotten many times. I will continue to shop here. read more

One of the best TJ Maxx I've ever been to. They've got a great selection and seems like they're always pretty stocked. Their fitting rooms are great because they don't have a limit on what you can bring in, so you don't have to put your clothes back on and walk out for the remaining clothes. I truly wish it was closer to my home since the nearest one to me isn't as stocked. read more
