I asked nicely and was told from the employee that, "I do not have to do anything for you." I was offened by this. There were 2 gentlemen and one was named Evan who spoke to me rudely. For a store that does not accept returns it is only right that any items sold are working properly. I am not happy at all. There is no management on duty to clear up simple issues as these either. I've wanted to try this place forever. Why did I wait so long?…read more It's definitely controlled chaos in the basement of an old mall facade (?) but deals are to be had! From what I gathered, some are new and some are returned items to Nordstrom. Bought some Rothy's loafers for work for $38, some returned (very lightly used) Brooks Ghost 17 shoes for $52, and some $15 sneaks Nordstrom brand. Kids stuff was 1/2 off and bought some sweaters half off, too. Left spending quite a bit but probably bought 15 items for $173. Would definitely return. I recommend the rolling carts and not the shopping carts. Can be cramped to get down aisles. Maybe a reusable IKEA bag would be a good option, too. Wish they had more skincare and housewares.
