We were so impressed by the offerings and service at the Desert Ridge location and expected the same experience here. Wrong. This store felt picked over. The employees were a mixed bag. One employee helped me get down an item that I couldn't reach, but the clerk who checked me out seemed annoyed to be there dealing with customers. While I understand that retail work can be taxing, the store wasn't particularly busy and I only had a few items. Very disappointing, especially when you're paying a pretty penny for Kirkland's items. I will return to Kirkland's, but unfortunately, not this location.

And usually I can find shoes cheap here as well and some of them that I've purchased for $14 had lasted me wearing them 7 days a week for years. I was super depressed when they finally broke because they were my favorite ones. I generally don't like their clothing selection and they are kind of strict on walking in with drinks. Like really? Everywhere you go allows you to have drinks and walk around but Ross is the only store I know about that is not a museum that forbids drinks in it. They want you to set them on the counter where people walking by can roofie them or spit in them or do god knows what to them. I'd rather leave my drink in the car. And the security guards that stand next to the door are a little off putting. It makes me feel uncomfortable walking in there.
