I tried calling the other Walmarts in my area and did the same and non of the Walmarts answered me at all. Walmart is some of the laziest people in the world and don't care about helping there customers at all. So if you have call for information I strongly suggest not to because they will not answer if their life depends on it. My family and I are always finding cute knickknacks, doo-dads, and overall very useful items that simply make the heart happy. The bathrooms are generally pretty icky, and this is one area where the employees at this location could definitely improve. The customer service is also mixed. I've had horrible experiences with employees that left me baffled and extremely disappointed, barely palpable and non-memorable interactions that were negative or neutral, and a very small number of genuinely pleasant exchanges with certain employees. The pricing is standard for T.J. Maxx which means expensive and quickly adds up. Overall, I'd still recommend checking this location out for the fun of finding something cute and unique. Just be mindful of the sharks for employees!

We're honest, if something goes wrong we will fix it". Our mostly leather Palliser sofas, which the S&S salesperson assured were high quality and durable (we'd never notice the difference between the leather and "bonded" material on the back) peeled, cracked, and shredded in less than 3 years. Turns out that the 5-year Uniter extended warranty they sold us specifically EXCLUDES peeling and cracking, and the manufacturer could care less, too. So, based on S&S company promises to "fix it", we naively anticipated that Sofas and Sectionals would stand behind their products and stand up for their customers. Customer support finally got back to us after nearly 8 weeks - only when we told them we were posting reviews - with no resolution. Apparently the Sofas and Sectionals promise to resolve situations applies "whenever possible". And apparently a lifespan of 3 years for a leather sofa is acceptably within their "exacting standards of quality". Our experience of Sofas and Sectionals: false and misleading advertising -- unacceptable response -- lack of customer care and commitment -- empty promises.

Super 1 foods in Coeur d'Alene is one of the exceptions to that. The store is large, they have a good selection, for the most part everything is organized well (their freezer section could use a redo). But the biggest thing about super One is they have a lunch/deli / hot bar counter. So what about the Post Falls super One? First of all, it's not as large as the Coeur d'Alene location. It's also not as well laid out. It has one of those confusing mazes at the opening of the store to get into it and to get into some of the sections. It's also not quite as well laid out. I have a harder time finding things when I'm here. The staff is all super friendly and helpful, no complaints there. So again, I don't like grocery stores, I would rather, much rather, go to the super One in Coeur d'Alene. But if you're in Post Falls this is better than most grocery stores in the area.

I was very very upset that I was not able to get my brisket and the man's attitude was wasn't bad but it wasn't good and he didn't apologize for anything. He just stated oh well when it's gone, it's gone and that shouldn't be the attitude of anybody so basically you tell us you've got brisket. We come in to get brisket and it's no longer available.
