He said he could look at it right away. We brought it in (a little tight getting our pickup in the back alley where he unloaded but doable). He shaved about 1/4 of an inch off the end of the countertop, slipped one section of the upper cabinets out, took it to the shop and shaved off about 3/8 of an inch and slipped back into place. You can't tell it was ever moved. I give Andy six stars, maybe seven. It is really hard to find a cabinet shop that would take a job like that. Apparently the item I purchased that clearly had a placard identifying it's price was on, 'clearance.' I am not one for misplaced anger--ever--so I purchased the item and headed straight for customer service. Indeed, the harried folks at the counter told me the exact same thing. My question was a simple one: 'Why?' The manager then said, 'Okay I'll try to run it through, but it's not going to work.' A short moment later, his flushed red face looked up at me and said, 'Wow, it took?' The three counter folks stared at me in disbelief like I had just parted the Red Sea. I thanked them, and wished them a wonderful holiday season. Moral of the story folks--is what ol' Ronnie Reagan said: 'Trust...but verify.' The benefit, itself, is not massive. Before you can use it you have to sign up online. And then to use it, you have to scan your driver's license. Not a fan of all this data gathering but whatever, that is our world now. But at least in Washington, there are a couple of different barcodes. First you have to figure out which barcode the machine actually wants. Then you have to ackwardly cover the wrong one while scanning the right one. This process almost never works, so I have to wait for an employee to come over to make the machine behave. Other places I just show my ID, or at most have to have a phone number on file. If you are going to offer a discount program, don't make it such a hassle to use that I don't want to come to your store unless I can't find what I need anywhere else. Selection is adequate but prices are usually higher than most places.

I live like 45 miles away.) Get home the washer washed one load on the 2nd one it wouldnt spin or drain. The dryer flat out doesnt even work at all . When I picked them up I asked if there was a receipt or paper work they said no. Now the 90 days is up so too bad to me. I used them both less than 10 loads all together. The price I paid is about 10xs the cost of what I would have spent at a laundry mat. This place is a total rip off, and they are liars. There warranty is obviously a joke as well. They make the customer haul the machines back to them, and pick them up. They dont even fix them! I think they let them sit there awhile so it seems as though they worked on them. Oh, and they threw a towel in the dryer and left it in there. Obviously the customer is going to assume they tested it and simply forgot to grab the towel out before pick up. Then they call you to come get them. They are way over priced to begin with. I knew better but bought them anyway as I was in desperate need of them.
