The back door, however, leads you to the premium goods: crystal stemware, formal dresses, kids toys, and so on. Prices there were a bit high, so we did most of our shopping in the regular area. They were having sales on certain tag colors, plus when you went to pay they drew out a bingo number, and whatever number you got was the percentage off the total purchase! My sister got 64%! Totally sweet. They had something I've never seen in a thrift store before--a silent auction case. Using some complex algorithm kept secret from the general public, they choose some items to be put into a glass case and numbered. If you want one of the items, you go ask the cashier for 'the book' and write down your bid. A month later, it could be yours! Sadly, since I knew I wouldn't be back any time soon, I didn't place a bid on anything. Guess someone else will be the winner of that weird figurine.

The manager (I think she's the manager - the one with the brunette-red Dutch Boy hairdo) is consistently rude and won't give sale prices unless you ask for them, then she acts she's doing you a huge favor for honoring their posted sales, or argue that the item you are trying to purchase is not included in the sale. I was dropping off donations once and a British woman hollered out, "Don't bring any clothes. We are NOT accepting clothes right now. We have TOO MANY clothes!" I wasn't dropping off clothes, just kitchen items and decor. I wish I would have just closed my trunk and drove away and taken them to the North Idaho Youth Ranch Store. Real question - if they have too many clothes, why don't they lower their prices? I won't be back. Ever. I used to shop there 2-3 times per week. No more.

Kevin came up and re-added it and I'll be darned if he didn't come up with $11 huge discrepancy and then Kevin turned around and said whatever she said is what it is. Then she put her hands on me and wouldn't let me purchase merchandise. As I've gone to the three stores he had at one time never had I once had a problem with any of the staff until this cashier. I can only assume it's from the bad review I wrote about her before and it was her way to get back at me. She told me I was wasting her time when I asked to add everything up again and that I was playing games. I'm sorry I knew $47 was not what my order had come up to and that made her mad that Kevin had a way lower price than she did. For Kevin to treat his customers in this manner or allow his staff to treat customers in this manner is outrageous. So for the 20 plus people I had to referred to the store at one time I've contacted every one of them and they will no longer be shopping there either as well as anybody that I referred who referred anybody else will be told of my experience and will no longer shop there either word of mouth goes a long ways so I'm guessing you probably just lost about 50 customers I hope it was worth it for you to continue to keep your rude staff unethical practices at your store especially when you gladly took my donation and then turned me away as a customer.
