Sorry but I give this store no stars. The man that was working today was extremely out of line, and his inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. My 12 year old daughter went into the store before I did, and while at the register this man made her extremely nervous with his over familiarity and attempt at strange light hearted banter, she actually ended up leaving the store before I even went in. When I walked up to the register I found it odd that this grown man was wearing a child's mask, but I shrugged it off as just that, odd. This man didn't greet me at all as he had my daughter, and there was nothing light hearted about him. I asked him if the woman who had worked there for a very long time was still with this location, and he replied, very rude mind you, "no she's moved on, but trust me were very glad she has". The tone in which he replied, and the negative connotation in which he chose to explain her exit was unprofessional to say the least. I answered back with "wow, that's odd because shes a wonderful woman and we loved her". To which he replied, "we can be happy she moved along, but she wasn't fired". I calmly told this man, that I was misstake because I thought he was saying it in a negative way, his answer, "of course you did"! His reply was both unecesarry, and disrespectful, that's only the beginning. So I said nothing more, and left the store. As I walked out the door, I had a change of heart, I asked my daughter to go to the car and I went back in. I asked this man in the most non confrontational way, "sir I was just wondering why you felt it necessary to be so rude just a moment ago"? To which he laughed and said "you were rude to me first", that's wasn't the case. I told him it wasnt the first time he's been rude to me, and that's when the real dissrespect began. He scoffed and said "now it's lots of times, oh ok LADY, I dont think so, it's none of your business where another employee went that's no longer here". I was taken aback, and decided anything further on my part would be futile, so I looked him the eye and said "I'm sorry your such a sad little boy", that's the rude behavior I'll take responsibility for, considering I said nothing else to this man. I turned and began to walk away when he decided to be the only one making a scene and yelled out the door "Your outta here, kicked out, GET OUT", my reply, "I don't think so", he again yelled "not while I'm on shift your not allowed in this store ever again"! When I got to my wife's work I called and asked for the managers name, to which he gave me his own name, and then proceeded to tell me he would not tell me when the manager would be in, and then left the phone off the hook for the next 2 hours that I personally know about. This encounter was inappropriate and disturbing to be honest. Why would this man give my 12 year old daughter all of this attention, trying to make her laugh, and then be so aggressive and unprofessional with me? He's made it seem almost like a personal issue he may have with me, scary part is, I don't know this man. All I know is that his behavior and actions are sad at the very least, unprofessional, abnormal, uncalled for, and last will not be tolerated by me. I think it's common knowledge for everyone that it's inappropriate give little girls attention without their parents around, then once they are, to act as if they don't exist or treat them differently than they did your child. I'll be handling this matter with corporate, and whoever else needs to be contacted.... Everyone has a boss! read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. The male manager of the store every time I've gone in has been an asshole belittling his coworkers and customers. Today was no different when he made the comment that I "drive a piece of shit car." Fire him. He deserves to be jobless, especially with how vocal he is about how much he discriminates against homeless people. read more

Okay first off a while ago they reconfigured their store where you cannot get two baskets to pass each other which is annoying enough well today I was running late to get out here and I wanted to stop and get some soda. I walked in the door right in the front of the store where it's perfect there's a whole display of 12 packs of Cokes Sprite Orange etc etc so I asked her at the counter I said what is the sale she said Coke is three for 15 great so I grabbed three 12 packs well only one of them is the Coke product okay fine so I said what ones are Coke products she says from here over okay fine so I go back get the other ones then she says oh two coats and a Sprite. I said no they're supposed to be three 12 packs and she tells me oh I don't know I have to look at the app! Now mind you yes I do know I was in a hurry but if you have a display up by the register that is for last minute little add-ons there fast they're convenient and I ended up just leaving with nothing. I really really need to stop at an actual place to business that connects business properly before I come out here because like I said I've never once had a good experience there.

I went back and he said he couldn't refund me but i could pick some things of equal value but he came up with 4.50 which is wrong but my pain is pounding so whatever. I picked a candy that was 4 but that left 50 cents he would admit to really a dollar and i don't want to spend more because of their mistake. Then i said forget it you get my fifty cents and he pulled it out of the drawer finally so i was only ripped off fifty cents and my time and frustration. They are a nice store but pay attention or they will rip you off maybe on purpose (debatable). Will not be back as prices are not all vlear and customer service sucks. Can't do refunds when they ripped me off ridiculous.
