The quality of their clothes are very nice, and the people here are so sweet! It's visually beautiful too, all the clothes are sorted by color! They also have jewelry, bath and body, and other little things throughout the shop! The prices are a little higher but you're getting exactly what you pay for. The only time Ive had a clothing item from here not work out for me is because of my own user error. (I accidentally ran my sweater in the dryer when I wasn't paying attention lol.) We were a bit pressed for time, so we didn't get to really look at everything, other than to take a quick look through the warehouse. The warehouse is a real sensory overload. They also have yard sculpture pieces outside that I did not look at. They have good prices on some really good looking cabinets, as well as doors of all kinds. We have a older house, and so will be slowly renovating. DHW will be our first priority of places to come to for that vintage look, as well as the current stuff. As I browsed the store looking for candles, it also felt as though both she and a younger employee were watching or following me, which made the experience uncomfortable. I've had this same experience with the older employee every time I come into this store. I would add her name, no name tags either! What stood out even more was that when a customer walked in shortly after, the same employee immediately greeted her and asked if she was doing alright.

I asked the lady THREE times if she was sure both rings were to get fixed- she assured me yes and it would be about 2 weeks. I came June 11 to pick up only to find out they fixed my band and not my stone on my wedding ring because NO WHERE on the ticket did it say to fix it. Now I have to wait till JULY to get BOTH rings back.

The voice mail says contact Zales.com. Contacted Zales.com, the saftey chain order was an instore, Zales.com can't access the status and has to email store and they'll email me an update. This is 2025, email. Really? To note, a secondary customer service rep was less than friendly, what bordered on rude. I don't need to be catered to, but politeness goes a long way to get a repeat customer. This has been the worst jewlery purchase experience, I will stick with Helzburg and Kaye in the future. OMG, this store has spiraled out of control!
