It is hard to rate Town East Mall when there are so many great franchises that reside in this…read moreestablishment. The reason for the low rating is that the management does not value the money the franchises are giving them by using some of the money to keep up the grounds which includes security and managing the restrooms. Is there security, yes. Are they helpful, no. They either stand up as a group and chat or sit in their vehicle rather than patrolling the grounds and deterring bad behavior. Moreover, the restrooms are out of order, with no regular maintenance to ensure they stay clean and well stocked. (See pictures of how the men's restroom looked for the week of Black Friday and how much worse it got by the Christmas holidays.) I feel the store options in this mall is top quality, yet the management needs to pay more attention to keeping the grounds up which includes expectations for the security staff they hire. Got clothes, snacks, and yes we got water. They have plenty of registers but only one was open with a actual teller. Also plenty of self-check out which I'm not a huge fan of. If I have one or two items sure I'll use it. But if I have a ton of stuff., no way i'm going to use self-check out. I still love Target though.
