While times if have changed from this place actually being $5 and below for items, then moving to $5.55 and now offering items up to $25. Somethings are not a great deal anymore. While somethings can be found under $5, it seems like the mass majority of items are $5 or $7. There is a lot to see and look through from toys, to games, to candy to clothing and bath essentials. The store is for the most part stock with the exception of holiday or seasonal items, then its pretty much first come first served. They do have steal deals for clearance items in the past... like 50% off items. Again those items are first come, even if ordered online for store pickup. Which they have and I've used in the past before. Saves time, especially if its in-stock items. This store kind of reminds me of a higher end Dollar Tree. Because 5 Below does carry more name brands than Dollar Tree. What's new is that some of the cosmetics line offer a sample trial before you buy (see pictures) super tiny but awesome!

Felt very upset about the interaction, my mom told her she should be more careful with the tone she uses if she's going to say that to people and the attendant kept arguing her claim. She even went as far to follow my mom into another aisle and ask her if she wanted to go into the dressing room with me. I'm 31 years old wtf. Every other employee who helped us was amazing, we have never had a bad experience until today. I love Squishmallow so when I saw Squishable, I had to walk right in to see what soft and fluffy plushies that they have in stock. At first, I thought they sold Squishmallow. They look very similar, but actually they are not the same. Two different brands. Their designs are different. Their plushies are indeed cute and soft. However, I didn't see any to my liking for me to buy one. They have lots of different selections. They also have themed plushies. They had a few baskets that contained plushies on sale... buy 1 get 1 50% off. The prices were a tad higher IMHO. If I saw a really cute one or two, I probably would have still bought them, but none resonated with me unfortunately. The lady working here was very friendly and helpful. I asked her if they had any frogs. She showed me a few. There was one that looked okay, but it didn't match the frog that my eldest daughter currently has. I've been dying for a conch piercing and happened to walk by the Studs in UTC one night. I got to thinking and a month later (after watching a ton of videos on TikTok of the place) I booked an appointment. The shop is SO cute. The wait, with an appointment, was minimal. The staff was so friendly, and Marissa, the piercer, was so sweet. She was also fast! The conch was a quick pinch and that was it. It's healing easily with next to no pain and I'm obsessed with the placement of it. I also asked about increasing the size of my well-healed Helix. The gun I had used so long ago was most likely a 20g, but I really wanted the 18g so I could use the typical Flatbacks. I asked Marissa and she was amazing and gave me options. She ended up using a taper and she got an 18g flatback in there and now it just needs to reheal! It was sore to start, of course, but 4 days later and there's no pain! So worth it and so happy it's correct now. I'm already planning to go back for second lobes and a constellation on both sides when these heal enough as a bday present to myself. Love studs! I'll be back in a few days to get some clickers for my current lobes. Their jewelry options are adorable!
