I normally frequent the Elkhart CR 6 Dollar Tree, and while that store is significantly smaller, it's always stocked up on pretty much everything. It was the exact opposite at this store.. lots of space, but not enough products put out. There was 1'+ spacing between items on shelves, many of which were empty. I essentially walked in and walked out. Today I was at my MIL's house, whom lives about 2 miles from here. I thought I would save myself a trip all the way to Elkhart by just stopping at this location. To be sure they had what I was looking for in stock (refillable travel sized bottles), I called ahead. Nobody cared enough to answer. I decided to head the couple of miles to Elkhart instead, at least there I know they'd have what I'm looking for. Lost a customer simply because they couldn't answer the phone.

It's extremely neat and organized, which makes it easier to find what I need (and don't need but want). I also like their product selection. I found myself browsing the aisles. I lucked up on some Meyer's cleaning supplies, which weren't on my list.

I have been to this store twice and both times, it was a disaster. Yesterday, I visited the…read moreestablishment and there were clothes on the floor, boxes laying in the aisles, and no tags for special clothing sales. This store needs a major revamp. Also, it's really annoying when the same employee says hi to you like 9x when you walk by an aisle. I would love you to recognize the fact that you've already said hi to me numerous times. It's just not the great experience that I have had at other stores.

I went to the Mishawaka IN Ollie's because I knew they had the rug I wanted. He carried the rug to the front for check out. When I finished shopping, I had the rug in a cart trying to maneuver through the doors, when the same gentleman walked up - he didn't say a word, he just picked up the rug and carried it out to my truck for me. All family dollars are the same but what I like about family dollar is it's quick and convenient…read more Instead of navigating through isles at a large department/grocery stores to buy basic products I can go into family dollar and get what I need and get out. This location is usually well stocked and of course just like it's name suggests they have products at a cheaper price. And a lot of the products they have at discounted prices are some name brand products which is a bonus. This is a quick grab and go place to shop especially if your in a hurry. It beats going to a big grocery store for basic items.
