I had the chicken masala and okra and cauliflour. Delicious. The chicken was crazy tender and just the right amount of spice. It comes with some yogurt, tamarind sauce and green hot sauce, with a sprinkling of red onion and cilantro (or parsley?). I could not eat it all because it was a lot and rich, but I am very happy. My hubby got the lamb and the butter chicken. Again, the chicken was super tender and the lamb was from a local farm, Eastside ranch! Everything was wonderful. The samosas are super good, too. It was rich, but not overly so. The red onion and cilantro added to the flavor. The chicken was delicious, and very tender. . I loved the spinach curry sauce, it had just enough of a "zip" that I noticed that it was there. Hardly spicy at all. The rice was wonderfully fluffy. The naan bread was very tender, and also had a little bit of a richness to it. The meal also came with three sauces. A yogurt sauce, a green sauce, and a tamarind sauce. The yogurt sauce, I put into the curry bowl, which just added to the flavor, the green sauce was a bit too spicy for me, so I left that one to the side, , and the tamarind sauce I used as a dip for the naan. I really loved the tamarind sauce. It was sweet, and just a little bit tangy. . Just right. Both sauces were extremely good. It was a very generous portion, enough that I had plenty left over for a very nice breakfast. It reheated very well in the microwave in the morning.
