Sweet Desires is a beautiful spot in Vero Beach. The decor is gorgeous and it was the perfect place for a date night. We were actually the last people there, and the staff was so incredibly nice and attentive that they even offered to move a table and chairs so we could get a photo in front of their beautiful flower wall. There were also live singers the night we went and they sounded wonderful! I had the Lavender Lemon Drop Martini, and the Marry Me Chicken and they were both so delicious. My fiancé ordered the Beef Short Rib and he loved that as well. You can't leave without trying the Piña Colada Bread Pudding! It's easily one of the best bread puddings I've ever tasted!!!! I am so bummed to leave this review, I have wanted to try this place for quite some time. The food was awful. I ordered an app, soup, main, and dessert to give it a try before date night. So disappointing. I figured if the lounge was at the same standard of the espresso bar and bakery it will be absolutely amazing!!!! Not at all. App BRAISED BEEF & CARAMELIZED ONION CROSTINI Velvety braised beef meets sweet onions, whispered by garlic crostinis Review: Very very OVER cooked SOLID crostinis and beef wasn't braised it was soaked in bbq sauce no onion or micro-greens. Not good. FLAVOR was was salty! Like a salt lick. SHE CRAB SOUP (From the site: SHE CRAB SOUP A rich, creamy soup made with lump crabmeat, a savory seafood broth, and a touch of warming spices, finished with a splash of sherry and served with a fresh-baked dinner roll.) REVIEW: It was a cup of seafood cream soup made of cream over salted and no lump crabmeat, no fresh bread either. No depth couldn't taste the sherry. I think the base was rushed and not layered at all. I've been to Brandy's wonderful business on several occasions. This time I was surprising my wife for our 10th anniversary with a river cruise they offer. The place was packed and grooving with an awesome singer. We were notified that the captain would soon arrive. A free drink is part of the cruise so our order was taken and arrived in a timely fashion. The cruise is on an electric boat that was beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and ornaments. Captain Chris was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. We were his last cruise so we got a longer than usual (30 minute) cruise. Once we returned we had a reserved table. We ordered some drinks and a couple desserts. We went with the Marry Me Cheesecake and my wife's favorite crème brûlée. First time for the brûlée and it was amazing as was the cheesecake. I went with a party of 5 for a girls night and each of us tried a different dessert, they were all amazing but my favorite was the pina colada bread pudding which was served warm. That said, the place itself is beautiful, and the bartender was friendly, informative, and charismatic, which definitely added to the overall experience. He made the visit more enjoyable. Happened upon Sweet desire by accident looking for dessert and an espresso martini. And it ended up being there very first night open. The place was absolutely beautiful, so elegant but also sexy and perfect for an after dinner drink and dessert on a date. I did have an espresso drink that had some house made Stratitelli Ice cream and I had a n encoutroment that was enough for two people and so beautiful almost too beautiful to eat, but we did eat it. My husband also had the rum Chata cheesecake was to die for....the atmosphere, the staff we even met both the owners. They're wonderful people. Brande has been voted Best Entrepreneur, of 2025 but actually she should also be named Designer of the Year. Both of her establishments are unequaled in this area. A group of us dined here on November 14th. Great time. Very nice place. Menu is limited but everything we ordered was enjoyed, especially the deserts. Service was good. That's the good parts. Here's the bad. When the bills were delivered ours was not included. Since everyone else had closed their bill I just gave our waiter my card hoping the speed up the process. Others in our party were leaving. After several minutes my wife went to see where my card was and came back with it, but no bill. She went to the parking lot with the others and I went to the bar to try and figure out why the delay with our bill. Eventually I was noticed and closed the bill. A couple days later I see my card was charged twice. Since then I've called 4 times, each time asking to speak to one of the owners, and I haven't been refunded the extra charge that "I never signed for". The first three calls I was assured it'd be taken care of. On one call I was told I was speaking to the owner, however I was not. The place is great. You'll enjoy it. Just recommending you check your account to ensure you're charged correctly because it's going on 3 weeks and my issue is still unresolved. read more

I found it all and then some here! The staff (owner and team) were awesome, extremely friendly, and very professional, while the entertainment was great and crowd very friendly. I met a very nice couple (retired first responders) and me being retired military, we hit it off immediately! The food was delicious and great portions. I've been back again since my initial visit, taking a visitor from Jersey as well as a cat (we grew up in Jersey together) and his spouse and they thoroughly enjoyed it all (ambiance, food, music, staff, and crowd (dancing, etc.).
