My husband and I paid 398.00 for the Royal swim.This was something I always wanted to do.When we arrived they told us we had to leave all our belongings in a locker this included our cell phones.We we're not permitted to take pictures. Our experience with the dolphins was amazing,fun,and everything I could have imagined. The nightmare was when we returned to buy some pictures we were SHOCKED at the outrageous prices!!! 300.00 for a cd and one picture was 50.00 for one person in the photo and 150 for 2 ppl in the photo. We only brought 50$ with us not thinking we would be spending too much money! So we paid 400$ and not one picture memory! I was so upset. One of the employee said, we can email them and I would be able to purchase the pictures online. After several emails I have not received a response! Absolute extortion! I wish Yelp would allow a reviewer to leave negative stars. We paid $180 each (three of us) to swim with the dolphins. The experience was a complete let down to begin with. The trainer did not tell us anything about dolphins or really allow us to interact with them as much as we expected to. They focused the entire time on posing for photos for the photographer on staff. Then, when the experience was over, we exited the pool and were instructed to visit the photo center. We really wanted to bring a photo home with us, but the cheapest option available was to purchase ALL the photos that were taken for a whopping $200!! They don't sell smaller packages at all! After paying so much, we should get one souvenir photo or at least be able to buy just one for a fee far less than $200! They don't allow spectators to take photos, so just know if you go here, you'll be paying about $400 after the experience and buying photos (most of which you will not want). I will leave a "tip" on this page with regards to another place I've gone nearby that allowed for a much better experience. I would avoid this business. It is a major rip off. read more

Went to dolphin discovery today with my family and it was one of the best experiences of my life. We have never swim with the dolphins before and the staff was very helpful and very kind the whole time. We swim with one dolphin and it as awesome! Highly recommend to everyone. This is the ultimate price gouging and take advantage of the tourist activity. The experience was tolerable only because of the sweet dolphin. The staff was rude, intolerant of young children and the entire experience was focused around their photographer. The over the top expensive activity culminated in the photo viewing area where they charged $150 USD for a single photo!. Upon viewing the photos they have staff watching you and checking your phones to make sure you are not taking any shots of their dolphins or their photos as you view them on the screen. I have traveled throughout the country with my family, river rafting, zip lining, and experiencing multiple adventure activities. Always loving the pictures sold by the company to peruse over for days and weeks after the experience is long over. I hope my children remember their time with the dolphins because I will have no pictures to reminisce from. A true tourist trap...BEWARE!! read more
